TRUTH
When we testify to one another we are seeking to produce a ‘not-false’ testimony, not a ‘true’ or ‘complete’ testimony.
The costs of producing that testimony, and the costs of interpreting that testimony must be offset by the value of the information received by the testimony, and the cooperation, or options on cooperation, or optional discounts on future testimony, that one anticipates obtaining in exchange for performing the testimony.
