I don’t do racism. I do classism. I do nationalism. I do testimonial truth. But as far as I know, there is nothing preventing any of the tribes or races from transcendence other than the suppression of the reproduction of their lower classes until the mean is above what we consider 106.

It may be, and likely is true, that europeans possess greater numbers with higher openness to experience and the helpful mix of existential (spatial) and verbal abilities.

But that does not prevent others from transcendence. It may require we domesticate the undomesticated people out of self defense. But that does not mean that they cannot be domesticated and helped to transcend the animal.

I love my people first. But I love mankind as well. As long as the transcendence of others is not a cost we must bear, it is an opportunity we can seize.
