It had the reputation of being one of the worst run companies, so that consultants could consistently farm them for hours, with zero accountability, because nothing ever was completed, nothing ever worked, and it didn’t matter.

Now I’m not really slandering them here, ’cause it’s true. And I have no idea what’s happened over the past ten years. But before then, it was what it was. 🙂
