Of course. Pareto is Everywhere. The CEO organizes the voluntary organization of production. This would mean that he would generally fall into the top 20% OF HIS FIELD.

Again, one organizes talent that one CAN organize. Higher IQ’s usually have trouble bridging two standard deviations of difference, and would not likely SORT into groups consisting of dissimilar folk.
