I asked what is their best, and they gave it to me. It is brewed using the “pour over” method (see article) and it is 100% arabica coffee beans – and you don’t at sugar or cream, nor do you want to or need to. It is less bitter than black tea, with a fuller, nuttier coffee flavor. It’s sort of the lack of bite and acidity of very weak coffee with the flavor of medium-strong coffee. It’s perfect.

This really is the best coffee shop in Kiev. Nothing else comes close really. If you are an aficionado, then this is the shop, the staff, the coffee and the bakery to come to.
