Thanks to Yuliya Kocherhan I had a wonderful meting with Ron Manners this morning, and we covered everything from his think tanks progress at educating young people, to how resource-rich countries fund a totalitarian state, to Ukraine’s future and its problem of rule of law, to my work on Propertarianism.
