Leadership must give the people what they need to achieve their ends, not what they want to achieve there ends. Otherwise, leaders wouldn’t be necessary. leaders don’t give permission, that organize people by chainging their frames of reference so that they value a different HOW in order to obtain the desire WHAT. You are correct but it is ‘smart people disease’. Classes self segregate. And only in conflict do we see the truth of men’s thoughts. So I didn’t really understand how bad it was. And that increases time pressure.

You are correct but it is ‘smart people disease’. Classes self segregate. And only in conflict do we see the truth of men’s thoughts. So I didn’t really understand how bad it was. And that increases time pressure.
