It’s just that, now, the demarcation between natural philosophy(Truth) and Rational Philosophy Choice) is complete. So philosophy is limited to choices. And it’s important because most of what we call philosophy is pseudoscience, sophistry, attempted secular theology and fraud.

Ideally True and (tautologies) are obviously open to deduction, induction, etc. Testimonially true (Science) may be open to deduction and induction. True by Analogy (Wisdom) is not open to deduction, induction etc. That’s the core issue.
