In other words, if 2/3 of men disappeared it wouldn’t matter other than the ability to resist invasion – but the state has made it impossible to resist invasion, so these men are replaced by state-pliable immigrants.

We could CAUSE Mexico to invade rather easily, and I’ve considered expoliting that fact.

There is only one country in the power index that is empirical and non-expansionary, and that’s Japan. There is only one other country that’s empirical but expansionary: Russia. The next most rational country is India but India has profound problems that appear insurmountable.
