He may have read more papers than I have but AFAIK ~21(25?)k proteins = ~1% of the genome, and = ~1/3 of that 1% is expressed in the brain itself. Tho this understates that thru RNA combination it’s more like 100K proteins (widgets).

1 – The completion of the scientific method and all that it entails – which is a lot – and that’s why P is such a big program: it touches every discipline, and it converts almost all psychological, social, and political speech to economic expressions – which is counter-intuitive because it’s scientific where our current psychological social, moral, and political speech is only normative or in the case of psychology sociology and politics, both pseudoscientific and sophomoric.
We call this Testimonialism (Metaphysics, Epistemology, Psychology, Ethics, Sociology, Politics)
2 – The explanation for western success in ancient and modern worlds (adaptive velocity because of our individual sovereignty and resulting traditional law of property/tort.) And the explanation for the dark ages as well as the current attempt to repeat them that we see as undermining western civilization.
We call this Western Group Evolutionary Strategy.

We call this a new or updated constitution.
5 – A set of policies (Acts) under that constitution that form the most substantial political, social, economic, and financial reform since the roman era – restoring the civil society.
We call these the reforms: the policies under the constitution
6 – A set of Restitutions and Punishments that serve to return wealth to the American people, punish those who have engaged in undermining our people, and prevent repeats of undermining our people – or other peoples – in the future.

7 – A program of revolution and restitution of the constitution of natural law and our European strategy that we have used to drag ourselves and mankind out of ignorance, superstition, oppression, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, and the chaos of a nature all but hostile to our existence. Can you convert Apollonian (which is an ancient frame) to scientific terms, so that to those lacking the bias can be institutionalized, indoctrinated, and educated – but more importantly – so that it can compete agianst (((pseudoscience))).

I could give a similar lecture that would reduce economics to a science, and my claims would be obvious, and obviously true, and they would terrify the audience. In large part, economics is a pseudoscience that tries to circumvent the laws of the universe just as do philosophy and religion, when the underlying science is rather simple: The demographic composition and distribution of a people, the institutional sequence and time necessary to produce rule of law of natural law, by the incremental suppression of irreciprocity, resulting in the highest trust, least friction in an economy at whatever of level of effort (work hours) the population prefers in exchange for its standard of living (consumption). What’s the problem? markets perform natural selection if they can suppress reproduction of the unfit for markets, and democratic politics suppress natural selection until the population’s abilty to maintain pace with competitors eliminates the possibility of redistributions by investments in commons. In other words, the only long-term variable that maintains competitive advantage is human capital and the single most important human capital is the combination of intelligence and conscientiousness both of which are the result of neotenic evolution by natural selection for cooperation in increasingly complex markets. Or in simple form: economic science is and always will be limited to the measurement of the success of institutions in producing human capital by adherence to the logical, physical, behavioral, and evolutionary laws of the universe by the implementation of rule of law, markets, and meritocratic reproduction. Now try to sell that inescapable scientific law of the universe under democracy, the entire function of which appears to be to use fiat credit to evade the laws of the universe, and return us to Malthusian limits. That’s the science. So like I said, what we call positive economics is an attempt to cheat mother nature and it’s just never going to happen. The only economic science is like the law, negative: eliminating what we should NOT do.
