I see a career criminal scumbag resisting arrest and an idiot cop using a danger
I see a career criminal scumbag resisting arrest and an idiot cop using a dangerous technique to subdue a larger man. Why no outrage that the black community doesn’t teach how to submit to police. That’s the problem: blacks fight police and escalate on single officers.
