Not that I know of, though ethnocentric festivals, and secular humanism, combined with stoic rituals (diary, lists, character traits) would certainly accomplish it.
Personally I just like knowing the 4 tenets of xianity, and the 4 agreements. After that it’s just natural law.

Stoicism is closer to Buddhism in that it requires ritualization and pursuit of specific virtues.
That ritualization is really just making lists and keeping a diary.
But we have to SOCIALLY indoctrinate these behaviors.
