Mr PRESIDENT: Reminding you once again, that despite your attempt at governing well, and draining the swamp – you will eventually have to call upon us to achieve it. And you must not leave office without having done so. Revolution Comes.

We are the ‘Marxism’ of the 21st century – and it’s complete refutation, inversion, and replacement of abrahamism, marxism, postmodernism, and feminism – and a restoration of western civilization’s tradition of excellence, truth, duty, sovereignty, and the natural law of reciprocity.

And we are just getting started. 😉

    THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION

You know, we taught Propertarianism (social science), Economics (micro, human, and macro), and Stoicism (mental fitness), and Fighting (physical fitness and war) then it would be possible to read Spengler, Nietzsche, and Hegel (not kant), without doing harm along with the good. Not sure yet about any of the others. The difference between the anglo scientific and german experiential is almost as vast as between the german experiential, russian spiritual, and the semitic supernatural. The problem is, that accessibility to anglo-scandinavians, continentals, orthodoxy, and semitism increases along that spectrum. Once we have the criticism of religion, abrahamism, sophisms and sentimentalisms written down as a science, they become nothing more than a spectrum of literature just like science, history, biography, novel, myth, and parable.

I mean I know that my distaste for continental thought has declined rapidly with my increase in articulate criticism of nonsense-religion and abrahamism.

I assume this would serve as a subconscious reaction by everyone educated.

We saw the same thing with empiricism and the scientific revolution that we are seeing with the biological and computer science revolution.

As I said in the past, I am pretty sure the leap in cognitive ability of the average person under Propertarianism would be as large as the leap of the average person under sciences.

in other words we might be able to DRAMATICALLY SHIFT the demographic burden of demonstrated intelligence.

COURSES AT THE INSTITUTE MUST BE ACTION ORIENTED

There is a difference between meaningful and actionable. We are trying to ensure that all the courses produce knowledge and skills that are actionable. That they are merely understandable, and meaningful is a measurement of the state of ignorance and lack of agency of the student.

Instead, we are trying to produce agency and action as the source of meaning – not meaning given the current life experience and condition of the individual students.

Until the Clinton’s destruction of the military, when you went into the military the first thing they did in boot camp was break your self monitoring and self image so that it could be rebuilt as a soldier by necessity and a warrior if at all possible.

That is the purpose of the institute. Not to provide you comfort in your current state, but to provide you agency in that state that is your full potential.

Western civilization specialized in the social, economic, political, and military production of AGENCY.

    And that is our purpose.

    Cheers.

    (a) no more lies (b) make lies prosecutable in court so that the state can’t intervene, (c) prosecute liars for profit until there are no more lies. (d) let our religions adapt to the prohibition on lies, (e) try to organize new religions (which is likely to include restoration of our folk religions), (f) and let the natural self interest of all of us take its course.

CAN WE ELIMINATE RELIGION? NOT REALLY, BUT THAT REQUIRES WE DEFINE RELIGION AS MARKET DEMANDS RATHER THAN THE CURRENT MEANS OF PRODUCTION.

    (repost)

—“However unrealistic of a goal it might be, wouldn’t the ideal situation be a world without organised religion? Or is there some benefit to religion that I’m not seeing?”—Dann Hopkins

Religion is just education. that’s all. Period. The ‘trick’ of both church and state is to claim church does no education, or that state education is sufficient.

We need training in physical fitness, mindfulness, manners-ethics-morals-rituals (payments to the commons), the laws, the means of calculating that we think of as the 3R’s, the skills to run a household, and the skills for employment.

It does not, as it once did, provide for physical fitness.

It provides mindfulness in the personal, interpersonal, and public spheres of life.

It provides the some of the manners, ethics, morals rituals that are the positive laws of the social order (not negative laws as is law proper).

It provides a venue for public contract making (this is my child, this is my promise to the community, this is my mate, this is our property, this person has died and his or her property may be distributed).

It is, to some degree, a computational necessity – meaning that it is very bad not to have that mindfulness.

It provides child-level parables and myths which are no less a form of calculation about action in the world than are laws, logic, and mathematics.

But there is no reason we cannot have lessons, parables and mythos and histories for each class of people at each stage of their lives, all of which contain the same messages.

There is no reason the church rather than the school, post office, or library is not still the center of civic life, and that government is not relegated to the production and maintenance of material commons, just as we keep commerce out of religion.

So I think I have most of this figured out – not that I am interested in the content in and of itself, but that I understand how to frame the problem, and restore the incentives, such that the second abrahamic dark age does not capture our people.

–“Curt, what are your disagreements with the Right, alt-Right”– A Friend

    (a) Wanting the whole pie (idealism, utopianism) rather than solving the problem the only way possible – separatism and competition. (b) LARPING like there is any possibility whatsoever of achieving desirable ends without separation and civil war to achieve it; (c) Sophomoric, moralistic, psychological, or sentimental appeals for attention instead of issuing demands for policy changes, a plan to force their enaction, and a demand for men to act to force its implementation. (d) Acting like high school children (demonstrations, rallies, throwing a party) rather than issuing t demands backed by threats, like revolutionaries they need to be. (e) Throwing a rally like the left without a plan for entry, training, exit, withdrawal under fire, attack under pressure, and pre-staged resources. (f) the state has zero chance of winning – except leadership went to church on sunday thinking they were gonna sing hymns to get it done, and blowing their wad early rather than once prepared.

One of my followers has complained about what she perceived as a ‘turn to the left’ by the Daily Stoic. She asked if I would investigate, since I am advocating the restoration of stoicism as required education – a restoration of our ancient personal religion so to speak.

THE DISASTER OF OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM

    by Steve Pender

Outsourcing is a symptom of the diverging of industry and education. Govt schools for decades have wasted 12 years of everyone’s youth not adequately leveraging our productive advantage in machinery and computing, to provide citizens with an education of any marketable value at the end of high school. So everyone goes to college to get marketable skills. But then college, except for some of STEM, stopped providing marketable skills and instead put kids in huge debt. Outsourcing implies that the per capita productive ability per dollar is lower here than in China or Mexico. In most occupations, you get paid more based on producing more. If Americans are not able to produce more to justify higher wages because our educational system failed to leverage our technology advantage, and we aren’t willing to lower wages, but other countries can do both, outsourcing will continue. I lay a large part of this blame on k-12 public schools. What could have been several years, from the age of 12-18, learning trade skills that transfer to an occupation, were instead wasted on social studies, political issues, 3-page essays on trivial details of novels few students even care about, haiku. How was it possible that in the early 1900s, at the taxpayer cost of under $1,000 per student-year (inflation adjusted), a labor force could built cars, ships, trains, radios, TVs, widgets of all kinds, domestically, with only a small fraction of the population having a college degree?
