  • Constitution Status

    Mar 26, 2020, 6:37 PM The most important reformations in the constitution have to do with the law and rights. The rest of it decreases power distance as intended by the framers. Or the various political, economic, commercial, and educational reforms. If I keep at it for another few weeks I can get the constitution done enough for public debate. I just have to keep at it. And take a break just to do a course video. The topics are pretty much there. I find TINY holes still. But mostly I have to fill in topics and plug holes. Today I discovered a few holes: (a) didn’t handle the distinction between political disassociation for the production of commons, and political and territorial disassociation that would put the federation (empire) at risk. (b) that i didn’t define each of the markets in the ‘man’ (article 1) section. Now, the constitution is wrapped in a ‘book’. That book is a prosecution, judgement, and set of restitutions. The constitution is one of the restitutions. That will take longer. I should be able to get the constitution to edit-ready form during the crisis. The book is now ‘the big book’ because I have moved even the logics over into it. That has more holes. And unfortunately, I still can only work that hard a few hours a day without getting exhausted and having to work on something else.

    1. I don’t do utopia. I do the incremental improvement of the group strategy of the european peoples: sovereignty, reciprocity tested by the natural law of tort (demonstrated interest).

    2. Axioms are arbitrary. Laws are identified. Reciprocity is the natural law necessary for any creatures that can voluntarily cooperate and choose from fields of opportunities for voluntary cooperation, within the limits of survivability.

    3. The natural law is Sovereignty and Reciprocity, including speech (truthful speech) regardless of cost, within the limits of proportionality (ingroup defection) within the limits of the utility of cooperation (outgroups). This is the counter-intuitive reduction of western civilization.

    4. The extension of the natural law of reciprocity is the exhaustion of forgiveness (optimum solution to the prisoner’s dilemma) before retaliation, restitution, punishment, and prevention, with prevention escalating to extermination. (this is the counter-intuitive reduction of christianity).

    5. The resulting markets in everything: association, cooperation, reproduction, production, commons, polities, elites, and war. With the competition between elites maintained by tripartism: judge law, aristocratic military, and faith.

    6. The hierarchy of institutions the Law, the monarch as a judge of last resort, the cabinet, the house of nobility(territory), the house of industry (commons), and the house of the family (church), and the universal militia of every able bodied man.

    7. The principle enhancements of the P-constitution, are amendments to the English, British, American constitutions, that correct the weaknesses of those constitutions under the industrialization of lying of the 20th, by the marxists, postmodernists, feminists, and HBD-Denialists (political correctness) that are a revolt against the darwinian revolution that explained the reason for western success: rapid, adaptive excellence and the suppression of the reproduction of the underclass for the purposes of directing surpluses to the production of commons instead – because of the disproportionate returns on commons, including heroism, excellence, beauty, discipline, trust, truthful speech regardless of cost – and of course the institutions of sovereignty and reciprocity regardless of status assuming one does his duty of preservation of all of the above.

My response is that instead you stop making excuses for the truth in order to burying your head in the sand using faith as an excuse. You can never have a theocracy. You can only have trifunctionalism, or you can disappear from this earth. Truth and Law vs Wisdom and Faith. I’m not looking for a majority, any more than were the founders. I’m looking for 1% or less of the population that will fight to restore the constitution and our civilization without pandering to anyone, whether christian, or fascist, or marxist-socialist-postmodernist-feminist, or anything in between – we are made from rule of law and christianity, fascism, liberalism, and leftism are all privileged cults of fantasy that are possible because the few – the very few – were willing to pick up, carry arms, sally forth, and fight to preserve them despite cowards like you. Either your civilization and its operating system of law comes first, or you are an enemy of our people. If your faith is before your people, or you are the enemy of our people. if it comes before our law, our people, and our civilization then you are the enemy of your people. Your privilege of faith is due to our civilization, and our law, and the truth within our law that you deny in order to maintain your faith.     Lesson? Restore family care of the elderly. Minimize hospital and doctors visits. Restore ‘house calls’.

    No more ‘cheap’ health care labor.
