A judge of natural law does not depend upon the comprehension of the judged, any more than a mathematician on the comprehension of the audience.

Understanding is overrated, and volition over-estimated. I don’t expect people to understand. I only expect them to obey natural law or bear the painful consequences.

    IT BEGINS WITH THE OATH

    Oath(Contract) > Reciprocity > Sovereignty > Natural Law > Violence > Markets > Non Parasitic Order.

You must make an oath to produce reciprocity; if you produce reciprocity you will as a consequence produce sovereignty; if you produce sovereignty, decisions are only decidable by natural law, and only enforceable by violence – the sum total of which results in markets, and because of markets, the result is a non-parasitic order.

International trade is almost entirely capitalist, and reciprocal – they have no choice.

Contrary to propaganda, all states are largely social democratic – they have no choice.

Contrary to image, businesses are largely socialist internally – they have no choice.

As expected, all families are communist – they have no choice.

Because each demands what is necessary to maintain the balance between available information, possible incentives, probable means and desired ends.

However when we try to misapply decidability from one condition to the other, we do so in opposition to the available information, available incentives, possible means, and desired ends.

    This is not alterable.

  • The Law of Policy

Whenever political decidability is no longer empirical it must of necessity rely on ideology, because empiricism tests reciprocity(equilibrium), and ideology tests extremes(disequilibrium). Ergo, either one lives by rule of law, markets, empiricism, and equilibrium, or one lives by rule by discretion, bureaucracy, ideology, and disequilibrium. At present our compromise solution is discretion from the use of proceeds of cooperation (taxation), and rule of law (non discretion) for all activity. But without nationalism we cannot test nor preserve reciprocity between groups with heterogeneous demands due to heterogeneous distributions. Apr 18, 2018 7:50am

  • Propertarianism Isn’t Anti Anyone.

Propertarianism doesn’t tell people they’re ‘bad’, only that they’re doing what they must. Propertarianism only tells us that the only solution to conflict is to pay the underclasses to protect markets by limiting or eliminate there reproduction and the profound costs they and their descendents place on others. It’s the cheapest investment with the highest returns we can make.

POLYLOGICAL ETHICS and PILPUL (Justificationism), using appeals to MORAL EQUITY (reasonableness). Once you (a) understand the technique, and (b) understand high trust peoples alone are vulnerable to it, then (c) our high trust culture is an economic blessing and a genetic curse.
