    Q: “CURT: WHAT DOES PROPERTARIANISM IN NATURAL LAW REFER TO?”

    Propertarianism evolved from the observation that all human behavior, all ethics, morals, politics, and all of social science, could be reduced to statements of changes in the spectrum demonstrated interests (previously, the more narrow “property”), creating the same commensurability in social and behavioral science, as we had observed, in mathematics, physics, and evolutionary science.

    As such propertarianism consists of the methodology by which we can construct a universally commensurable, value neutral, scientific and formal, logic of human cooperation, conflict, and dispute resolution.

    From this logic we can also define the optimum possible ethics, morals, laws, economcis, and political systems, and measure or at least explain, all theories and claims as deviations from that universal optimum.

    … And as such, allows us to recommend innovations to political institutions that are more applicable to the current state of technological development, division of knowledge and labor, and newfound economic independence of man outside of dependence upon nuclear, extended, and tribal family relations of the hunter-gatherer, agrarian, and early industrial organizations of man.

    The Natural Law evolved from Propertarianism, by the unification of the sciences with the P-Method, P-Science of First Principles, P-Logic of causation, and P-Law of universal decidability.

    Our constitution of Natural Law completes the American Constitution of natural law, and reforms the present strategic, political, economic, and social order so that it returns to correspondence to the natural law of universal decidability discovered by p-method, p-logic, p-science, from the discovery of commensurability in Propertarianism.

    Propertarianism sits in the hierarchy of traditional disciplines, as ethics, and we have reformed some of those disciplines as:
    Physics:……………………Physics: evolutionary computation of negative entropy.
    Metaphysics:…………….Vitruvianism: Man is the measure of all things man (cog. sci.)
    Psychology: ……………..Acquisitionism: Man acquires and defends.
    Ethics and Morality:…..Propertarianism. (Reciprocity) The Ethics of Non Imposition, production, and investment.
    Epistemology: ………….Testimonialism. The competition between imaginary associations and existential measurements in all dimensions of actionable reality.
    Law: ………………………..Algorithmic Natural Law. The Natural Law of Reciprocity. Strictly constructed from the test of reciprocity.
    Sociology: ………………..Compatibilism: Intertemporal division of perception, cognition, knowledge, labor, and advocacy wherein we combine information and calculate compatible means to the achievement of different ends through voluntary conflict, competition, cooperation, and boycott.
    Politics: ……………………Markets in Everything. (Which I call “Market Fascism” with tongue in cheek.)
    Strategy:………………… Agency: Maximization of agency through Transcendence, Sovereignty, and Heroism
    Spirituality:………………Transcendence: Masculine Stoicism, Feminine Epicureanism, Ritual Familialism, Feast Naturalism,…….Festival Nationalism.

    BTW: I use P-prefix in P-Method, P-Logic P-Science and P-Law for P-completeness, not Propertarianism. This alludes to the computability of the Natural Law Program.

    1. How do we demand restitution and punishment for war? It’s easy. Reparations. We’ve done it for millennia.
    2. How do we demand restitution and punishment for treason? It’s easy: execution and seizure of assets of everyone involved.
    3. How do we demand restitution for seditious, treasonous warfare from within? Seizure of Assets and Ostracization: a death sentence by nature itself.

    Well, many of us have lost taste for the Guillotine, despite its use being warranted, but we can follow the ancient law and tradition of ostracization:
    … 1- Seize all Assets, and all Contingent and Consequential Assets for use as reparation in the production of commons.
    … 2- Prohibit speech, ownership, employment, service, exchange, contract, banking and credit.
    … 3- Cancel citizenship, passport, benefits, defense of law enforcement, fire, emergency, and health care, juridical defense, and insurance of life and property.
    … 4- Force migration or repatriation to locations that share their criminal (seditious) interests.

    This is what science, logic, law, morality(cooperation), evolution, and the laws of man and nature demand as restitution, punishment, and prevention of the left: the Second Abrahamic destruction of civilization.

    That’s the Judgment of the Natural Law: the science of cooperation and the resolution of conflict produced by crimes, especially crimes of sedition, treason, invasion, conversion, and war.

    NATURAL LAW ON ASYMMETRIC IMMIGRATION, STERILIZATION, AND CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

    -“When it comes to criminality there is always a path to redemption that can be based on effort and will and not just time.”-

    No (and all competent psychologists will confirm) some people are absolutely not fixable, and don’t want to be or can’t be fixed (including addicts, pedophiles, psychopaths, and sociopaths), and some people are absolutely positively evil and irredeemable.

    Christian religious and moral optimism and Aryan(Classical) legal and empirical optimism only say that we must exhaust possibilities because otherwise the epistemic problem is the greater risk, and violates the natural common law, by restoring authority rather than prohibiting authority and preserving jury and juridical decidability.

    Some people need to be subject to sterilization and others to capital punishment. Like many things, the industrial revolution temporarily ‘seduced us’ (or at least enough women voters) into the belief we can afford the costs of incarceration and release, despite the overwhelming evidencde to the contrary. Three strikes was a success. But the reduction in capital punishment has been a failure. And the postwar suppression of eugenics (sterilization at least) has been a worse one. And massive seond and third world immigration has made it worse.

    THE NATURAL LAW ON SOCIAL DARWINISM

    Since continuous recursive disambiguation of disorder into order produces evolutionary computation, and evolutionary computation produces competition at scale which in turn produces selection, then there are no phenomena that are not subject to selection pressure by evolutionary computation by continuous recursive disambiguation.

    As such yes, all associative, cooperative, reproductive, productive, norm-producing, commons-producing, polity-producing, national, and civilizational processes are subject to selection pressure: or what we call Darwinian evolution. As such yes, all social processes are Darwinian.

    Yet we have SOME range of control over those Darwinian pressures on individuals in the group, at least within the limit of not impeding our continued evolutionary computation and survival from selection pressures as a group.

    So “Social Darwinism” is true. It’s not ‘discredited, debunked, pseudoscientific, or false’. Instead, it is an undesirable natural process we seek to ameliorate under democratic government now that the industrial revolution has divorced us from subsistence farming for the majority of the population, and given us the opportunity to at least attempt it.

    And democratic governments generally if not always fail for one reason: the limited degree of distortion of natural selection we can tolerate before military, political, economic, social, and reproductive collapse.

    Like the one we are approaching now.
