This position is completely compatible with Propertarianism. Nietzsche, as a proper german, as a proper ‘spiritualist’, and a proper lutheran, knows little to nothing of economics, or biology, or law. He is a romantic and inspirational literary figure, not a scientist, and writes as a romantic and inspirational literary figure. He correctly warns us of the false moral future: neo-puritainism and the socialism of the masses. But he gives us no solution – because the only solution is in constructing institutions.
So for Nietzsche, Morality is ‘right action’. And right action differs based upon one’s class. For propertarianism, morality is the prohibition on actions that inhibit cooperation, and personally beneficial action differs based upon one’s reproductive strategy (class).
Those who are at the bottom need incentive to maintain the voluntary organization of production and so we must pay them off and require one child only, in exchange for their cooperation. And they must not privatize the commons that we create in order to compete and demonstrate our superiority.
There is no conflict between his arguments and mine, other than as a continental he engages in conflation (deceit) and because he a victim of his time (prior to his loss of sanity), he knows little to nothing of science and economics.
As always, I make scientific arguments. I use operations rather than analogy. So I do not make literary arguments. They are weak arguments by the intellectually unskilled and scientifically ignorant. And when those are the only technologies available, they are excusable technologies. But we have knowledge and technology available to state our arguments truthfully (in the testimonial sense) and we have the knowledge to state causal relations.
Religions seek to inspire. Law seeks to constrain. Religion is a cheap dishonest substitute for law used to deceive ignorant people into adherence to rules of cooperation. Law (in the common + natural law sense) is an expensive institution that must be imposed upon people.
One can create an objectively moral religion (stoicism), or one can create an objectively immoral religion (the three monotheisms). One can create objectively moral law (natural and common law), or one can create objectively immoral law (chinese, soviet, and most others). One teaches religion positively (through indoctrination and education), and one imposes law negatively (through dispute resolution).
Both are impositions. The question is whether we impose objectively moral constraints upon man (non-parasitism and truthfulness) using truthful means or we impose objectively immoral constraints upon man (untruthful and parasitic) using untruthful means.

I’ve constructed Propertarianism to model man as he(she) is, not as we wish he would be. This model turns out to be fairly simple to use:
I – ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY EN TOTO
You make a list of the property-en-toto that people want to acquire.
II – +COOPERATION / -PARASITISM
You treat productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange as a the only rational incentive to cooperate; and the only fully rational reason to abandon conflict, parasitism and predation. And you also require actions be free of externality against those with whom you already cooperate.
III – +PREMIUMS / -DISCOUNTING
Then you treat all exchanges that vary from productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange as discounts(cheating) or premiums(buying insurance).
IV – REPRODUCTIVE BIAS: MALE=TRIBE / FEMALE=OFFSPRING
Human males(quality/production), and females (quantity/consumption) vary in their reproductive strategies.
V – FITNESS (CLASS)
Now, humans vary in objective (a)reproductive value and (b)productive(multiplier) value, and (c)associative(opportunity) value (social, economic and political class).
VI – +ADVOCACY/-JUSTIFICATION
And we humans advocate on behalf of our reproductives strategy. Almost everything we utter justifies our reproductive strategy or negotiates on behalf of our reproductive strategy.
VII – +REWARD / -COERCION
And there are three ways of coercing others into helping with your reproductive strategy (or conversely, hindering their reproductive strategy), and those three are 1) voluntary productive exchange (libertarian/commercial), 2) lying /gossiping /rallying (progressive/priesthood), and 3) threat of violence (conservative/martial)
VIII – GROUP REPRODUCTIVE STRATEGY
And humans cooperate using a shared group evolutionary (competitive) strategy making use of some combination of the three means of coercion: commerce(+reward/-theft), gossip/priesthood(+status/-rallying), Warriors/soldiers/judges(+law/-war) [*1]
USING PROPERTARIAN REASONING (LOGIC)
So, just like economics and mathematics we cannot imagine every possible actions man might take, or set of relations we can construct, but we can explain every possible action man demonstrates in propertarian terms, and every mathematical relation we construct.
In other words, using propertarianism as a formal logic, you should be able to ‘solve for’ any demonstrated human behavior.
This is why propertarianism is so fully explanatory. You have to practice it and master it like you do mathematics, or programming, or chemistry, or physics. But after you do practice it a while, you begin to see the general patterns and you become skilled at explaining all human behavior.
SOCIAL SCIENCE IS NOT PREDICTIVE IT IS EXPLANATORY
We can say what men will likely do given certain constraints. But we cannot forecast what men will do with *sufficient precision to predict outcomes*. This is the correct means of describing the predictability of heuristic systems: that human laws of behavior exist. But that they are largely in-actionable. That is because the degree of precision in the laws of social sciences is limited by the capacity of man to learn and constantly alter his deterministic path, for given the information at his disposal. And we have too little knowledge of the information at one’s disposal, and the information held by any individual, to predict other than general directions.
PROPERTARIANISM PROVIDES US WITH THE FORMAL LOGIC OF SOCIAL SCIENCE.
And there isn’t much more to it than I have stated in this article.
SIMULATIONS
I haven’t the time to build a software simulation for demonstrating human behavior using these ideas, but it isn’t terribly difficult.

The Three Weapons of Influence and the Evolution of Laws
(Natural Law is an excuse that justifies indo-european / Hanseatic property rights) [T]here are only three means of coercion (weapons of influence), although they can be, and are frequently, used in concert: 1) Force (threatening, punishing, killing) 2) Remuneration (payment/opportunity – boycott/deprivation) 3) Gossip (rallying, shaming, ostracizing) We can engage in force to create property, remuneration once we possess it, and gossip to advocate it. Or we can do just the opposite. The Jewish historical method is to apply the female reproductive strategy (gossip), because they lack the numbers (and the ability) to fight. Westerners took the libertarian strategy(synthesis). The barbarians take the masculine strategy of predation. Jewish law, Islamic law, and Natural Law represent the three attempts to construct a legal system on first principles. However, jewish and islamic maintained ingroup/outgroup polylogical ethics, mysticism and authoritarianism. Natural law (which propertarianism translates from rational to scientific, just as lock translated it from theological to rational) is typically western attempt at science (“without intent”), by stating that these principles are required for flourishing – which is true. However, that is the reverse logic. The obverse is that these rules are required for voluntary cooperation and the voluntary organization of production, and to suppress parasitism of the people by the rulers(nobility), governors(politicians), and state (bureaucracy). I do not use the term natural law for Propertarianism, just as I do not use critical rationalism for testimonialism. The reason being that these archaic terms are too loaded and open to bias and interpretation. But for all intents and purposes I have continued the Natural Law tradition, just as the natural law philosophers continued the greek and roman traditions: noble families would not surrender power to a tyrant and as such required rules of voluntary cooperation. Just So I see the battle between western science, libertarianism, universalism, and truth telling and eastern pseudoscience, authoritarianism, separatism, and deceit, as continuing. We first had an invasion of babylonian mysticism and authoritarianism. Then we had an invasion of Christianity. Then we had the invasion of Marxism/Boazianism/freudianism (pseudoscience) Then we had the invasion of Cultural Marxism (ridicule of excellence – shaming us for our excellences.) Three waves of increasingly articulate lies. The only way to defeat lying as a strategy, is to defeat lying altogether as a possible strategy, just as we have defeated every other form of fraud. Testimonialism and the legal protection of the informational commons under universal standing may seem a bit expensive. But it is less expensive than the alternatives: the ongoing conquest of the west. And the loss of the truth telling civilization to another dark age.
