    Look. FB is just Email where everyone gets a yellow page, and caller ID. It’s Email 2.0. That’s why its successful. Google is just the yellow pages for the internet. It’s Yellow Pages 2.0. Both are paid for by advertisers just like the yellow pages. The only solution to mobile advertising, is to require very small payment for commercial search results provided by google, on mobile devices, which in turn will fund all other search results. That’s what will eventually happen. Quality brands will pay and sh-t brands will not, and the world will return to form.

    Once you understand that I’ve based all of human action on saving time, or rather increasing the caloric returns on time, then you have some chance of grasping the importance of the use of disruptive heroic virtue signals, profiting from rule, and underclass culling that permitted the west to innovate FASTER than the rest, despite never being first.

    The use of Via-Negativa is so important yu cannot imagine until you’ve been working with it for a few years. We make the world better by elimination. A process of elimination. We progress by eliminating impediments.

    Start thinking of eliminating murder, harm, damage, theft, fraud, fraud by disinformation, externalization, free riding, conspiracy of common interest, conspiracy of common intent, fictionalism and disinformation, conversion, immigration, over-reproduction, financialization (warfare), economic warfare, military warfare, displacement, and ethnocide.

    Then start thinking of eliminating ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking suggestion, obscurantism, fictionalism, and deceit.

    When you eliminate the bad, we need only choose from the good. Make room for the market for goods, by eliminating the markets for bads.

    It’s not that complicated, it’s just the opposite of what we’ve been taught for all of human history.

    A menos que las mujeres sean capaces de reproducirse con los mejores genes y obtengan apoyo del resto de los genes a cambio de sexo, entonces siempre habrá una influencia disgénica en la humanidad. ¿Por que? Porque su  descendencia es costosa y son capaces de auto engañarse de cualquier forma posible para poder llevar a cabo la pretensión de que sus pésimas elecciones no han resultado en un peso muerto parasitario para la civilización. La monogamia evita que los hombres sean violentos pero forza la disgenia.   ¿Ahora lo entendéis?

    Net/Net: 70% of vc still software. In Software, geography doesn’t matter. (Look what’s come out of little estonia’s micro-population. Look how little has come out of Germany.)

    So I look for (a) access to talent, (b) low cost of talent, (c) low cost of bureaucracy. (d) technical universities, (e) “Young Ambitious” culture.

    In my experience western europe is relatively hostile to entrepreneurship compared to the States and eastern europe. I can’t believe what a burden the UK banking and taxation system is. There isn’t even an equivalent of the USA’s S.A.F.E. agreement for investors. Lawyers, if you can find one that can think outside the box, are far less sophisticated. Regulatory accounting expensive and lacking all business value. European investment community is far less sophisticated, and far less experienced, and tends to ‘think small’. I’ve bought and sold companies across north america and europe and there just isn’t any comparison.

    That said I prefer european CULTURE, and working with european EMPLOYEES, and european LIFESTYLE, and that is why I prefer to develop software in Europe (rather eastern europe, or even russia).
