I understand that the marginal productivity of human effort will continue to decline. Socialism isn’t the answer however, and I’ve written extensively about how to solve this problem. That said we cannot keep importing underclasses, and keep lowering average intelligence.

I mean, the evidence that the entire point of rule of law and private sector ownership, is that it’s primary value is higher returns on capital and vast reduction of corruption.
Markets don’t lie. If you can’t make income it means you have no value to others.
We must fix that.

They are not forced. They are demographically incapable of competing in the marketplace in an advanced society,and so are marginalized, while still in proximity to advanced peoples. This creates friction,and is why multiculturalism and ethnic heterogeneity always creates decline.
