    OUR SOLUTION – AND OUR LIMITED FUNCTION IN IT.

    1) We are the JUDGES of the NATURAL LAW – the JUDGES of our polity. “Those Who State Limits.”

    2) There are warriors, artists, scientists, engineers, craftsman, doctors, and mothers. Their jobs are ‘what shall we do and ‘how shall we do it’. Our job in the division of labor – a division of unequal knowledge and function – but equal duty and responsibility.

    3) Signals alone will drive excellence out of what we shall do, if natural law is imposed upon them since the GOOD and EXCELLENT are the only means possible available to them.

    4) Our men will build valhalla because we leave them no other choice. Our men will make immortality because we leave them no other choice. Our men will reach the stars because we leave them no other choice. We do not need instruct them to do so because we leave them no other choice.

    5) As judges we must prosecute violators of the natural law. No matter who, where, and when they may be.

    6) Our way is War: to eliminate that which is bad – leaving those with less agency to produce only that which is good. We parent mankind by this means alone. Not by telling them what to do. But by telling them what not to do, and leaving them to discover all possible means of doing what else they may do?

    It is for the lesser people – all who have failed – to anchor their people in an era by stating that which they must or should do other than avoid or defeat that which is false or bad.

    The uniqueness of western civilization is sovereignty reciprocity truth, duty, and the law – producing markets of the good by eliminating the bad, and thereby continuously calculating our transformation into gods – omniscient and omnipotent – by the fastest means possible: trial and error.

    You cannot know in advance what human capital investments will hatch leaders. The method I use to build organizations is the same: make a lot of bets, and make few judgments, other than to support evidence successes no matter how small and abandon failures that cannot be saved.

    Excuse me for reveling in it a bit, but you know, it seems like Bill’s group has percolated a set of arguments in form of traditional wisdom on top of the analytic content, and that this is the ‘market’ providing leadership by consequence rather than design. It is not what I would have intended, but it is what the majority of men need.

    I had hoped to work with those few young men that fell prey to the easy temptations of authoritarianism, to create a cadre of very analytic judges like myself – because it is the intellectuals I want to fight on intellectual terms in the open field of public debate. And I suspect I must learn something from that failure. That ‘the dark side’ of simplicity is too tempting for the impatience of young men, too inexperienced at the conflict of men of achievement, to have the patience to conduct intellectual warfare rather than the duels of the young men seeking quick status rather than accumulated capital.

    That failure aside, It seems the scientist and engineer in me has produced what I desired. But that the talent of these men has produced what the market needs.

    The market will produce leaders. They merely need the weapons with which to conduct the current war, rather than the last.

    The leaders of the revolution will come from those that do not seek quick personal accolades, in internet duels, but COMBINED ARMS in producing that spectrum of ideas necessary for the spectrum of packs of men to understand, execute, and bring in to fruition.

You learn that they are trying to solve a social science problem with a crude instrument that changes slowly. Jurist and Lawyers have seen the atomic but not the aggregate. and so it creates a kind of disciplinary blindness. The problem with the profession is that while we have common and continental law, we have lost or only just discovered natural tort law, which solves problems of juridical decision making, where conflating the law with legislation and regulation and to some degree command, create all those problems of interpretation.

    The lower your demographic distribution the higher demand for authority to substitute for trust and rule of law. The higher your trust the lower the demand for authority as a substitute for trust and rule of law. The only means of producing trust and rule of law is sufficiently large middle class that generates demand for rule of law in order to construct the voluntary organization of production, distribution, and trade, we call capitalism – or what the ordinary person calls ‘an economy’.

    So the dispute between capitalism and socialism was always a (((Lie))), it has always been between consistent rule of law independent of man, and arbitrary rule by man.

    Fascism didn’t fail. Fascism won. The entire world has chosen fascism: National Socialism with it’s extreme intolerance for competition. EVERY polity in the world is moving to ending political competition as dead weight, and is forcing all competition into the marketplace where it is constructive. Those groups that choose fascism (national socialism, or what we call, in order to preserve the gated institutional narrative ‘state capitalism’), are dominating (china, japan, korea) are reducing costs by enforcing fascism (state capitalism, national socialism). I mean, the american left is fascist which is ironic as hell. The american right is not, it’s reciprocal. which is ironic as hell. That said, the chinese tried communism and then moved to fascism, and the movement toward democracy ended in 92 right after the wall fell.

    When I want to “kill”a company (cause it to collapse) I try to recruit people with grudge, or at least make relationships with people in the company who have a grudge. Every company does something or other totally innocently that is illegal. Then I construct a narrative of intent, and spread it. Then I get insiders to conduct a lawsuit. I have done this a half dozen times. Why? People are selfish and proud and easily provoked to revenge, even at high cost.
