(it’s really this simple)
There are only four factors that determine the relative quality of life of a population:
1) Homogeneity (kin preference, minimum political competition highest tolerance for redistribution)
2) Scale (divergence of interests plus increase in power distance)
3) IQ (rate of self-regulation, learning, innovation, and adaptation)
4) Rule of law by the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity we call ‘tort’. It’s the prohibition on irreciprocity in display, word, and deed producing the highest trust and most cooperative velocity producing the highest standard of living.
That’s just math. It’s inviolable

I was surprised, yes. But I’ve come to undrestand it’s just the result of doing the science.
I just follow the evidence. It was rather late in life that I understood that the english completed the restoration of greek reason and politics and roman legislation and administration in the british invention of the modern empirical (scientific) dutiful rule of law state.
And that the USA as a british colony, had created a constitution that codified that invention, completing Aristotle’s project of a scientific (natural) government, but failed to include the presumptions inherent in that innovation: the rule of law by the natural law by commonality and concurrency as the science of cooperation, and the government as a hierarchy of courts to limit us to the science of cooperation by that law, commonality, and concurrency, and the reason being to prohibit authority by the maximization of individual responsibility, with participation in self determination by evidence of taking and demonstrating that responsibility.
They had only an intuition of the existence of evolution but for all intents and purposes our ancient ancestors created the most evolutionary society and government with the least resistance to discoverty, innovation, application, adaptation, and evolution in human history, or that is humanly possible.
As such the west evolved faster than the rest combined in the bronze, iron, and steel ages.
However, we failed to learn that we cannot domesticate rule, or cooperate with peoples who are inferior in institutions and development becuse of their demographics and tradition.
So there is a conflict between the ancestral desire to create empires to profit from trade, and the natural tendency of man to desire federations of states that all profit from trade but distribute the cost of government and war and in doing so resists empires -as we are having to resist three imperial civilizations today.
They can only do so if they all adhere to natural law.
The Natural Government consists of a hierarchy of Juries (courts):

The reason conservative arugments fail is the tendency of conservatives (intertemporal, responsibile, capitalizers, empiricists) to use reductive (simple) language, largely reduced to moral claim, with one single cause, rather than enumerating the full set of the left’s crimes, and explaining their origin in means of correction.
The left is just the feminine instinct applied at scale to the detriminent of genetics, knnowledge, norms traditions values, society, economy, polity, grand strategy, and the civilization as a whole.
Women evolved for unregulated hyperconsumption limted by the means of male supply of female demands. Using religion, government, ideology and the academy, this feminine strategy seeks to undermine the male instinct intuition and traditions and engage in herdlike hyperconsumption regardless of teh devastating costs of the end of meritocracy and natural selection both of individuals, groups, civilzations, and the knowledge they convey.
Our organization teaches ‘aruguing from first principles(causes), using disambiguation by enumeration, serialization, and operationalization producing a universally commensurable value neutral language of not only ethics, economics, politics, grand strategy, and evolutoin itself, but all disciplines known and possible to know, by man.

Nature, of which man is a member, judges everything – over some period of time. And it is not merciful.
The USA cannot maintain democracy or rule of law or relative wealth with an IQ under 97, and certainly not under 95, because the minimum optimum IQ is 105 and the maximum is closer to 115. And there is a relationship between the needs of the economy and the possibility of a majority middle class. When it is the middle class and only the middle class that has moral ambitions (treating everyone as a customer).
We are just about to tip into 97IQ and will hit 95 within two decades. That means the gains of western civ in the USA are lost, and an authoritarian government will be required and the middle class will continue to evaporate, and wealth will decline to second world levels.

– Failing to articulate the natural law, common law, and concurrency in the declaration and constitution by assuming it, and not including Blackstone’s argument explicitly.
– Failing to articulate the european group evolutionary strategy of maximizing individual responsibility thereby suppression the existence of and need for authority, and thereby creating freedom and liberty.
– The Failure to solve the problem of truthful reciprocal speech rather than free speech. Failure to anticipate the ability to scale female antisocial behavior in education, media, and politics by maintaining common law prohibitions on it.
– The failure to preserve libel and slander, interference in occupation, interference in business, interference in marriage.
– The Failure to maintain common law prohibitions on limiting conflict to voluntary markets, reciprocal debate, court and duel, and the prohibition on breaking the kings (common law) peace.
– The problem of Christianity as a convenient deception using female antisocial behavior and opening the door for more false speech.
– The Failure to grasp that a religion must merely promote a false promise of freedom from any of the four sets of laws of the universe.
– The failure to recognize the marxist pseudoscientific sequence as the reformation of Judaism and Christianity as a new hostile religion exploiting female antisocial behavior, undermining natural, common, concurrent law.
– The failure (long-standing) to include baiting into hazard as a crime even more serious than fraud (the reason for repeated Jewish persecutions) and, therefore the failure to prosecute the marxist sequence like all leftism as baiting into hazard.
– The Failure to require judicial ascent for legislation to pass.
– The Failure to prevent lawfare by punishing those pursuing legal activism for attempts to undermine the constitution.
– The Failure to suppress and outlaw the marxist sequence as seditious and treason against the natural common concurrent law.
– The Failure to maintain the requirement for demonstrated responsibility (commercial producing property) for political participation.
– The Failure to preserve rule of law by the most egregious violation of it with the civil rights law legalizing reverse racism, and ending necessary integration required for the preservation of natural, common, concurrent law.
– The failure of all of the above by the introgression of women into politics and economy before educating and preventing these means of antisocial, antipolitical behavior.
While those are the major points, they’re just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.
