So, Do We Need A Government?
–“So we **do** need a government?”– We need a market for the production of commons. And we need a legal system. Whether we need government is still unsettled. But I would argue ‘no’. –“So it could still be privatized society, but we need to apply new laws to promote cooperation, trade, and prevent parasitism.”–
Correct. One law, natural law, total prohibition on parasitism: physical, verbal, and by externality. A market for the production of commons. And as far as I know there is no ‘government’. It is useful to have a state department that foreign nations try to negotiate with. But even this is better conducted in public. -

[G]overnments are all corrupt. It is the nature of government to contain corruption, because it is the nature of men to contain corruption. The only savior of the west has been our true priesthood: our judges for who the law is sacred, and their status obtained by the preservation of its sacredness. Remove corruption from the law, and it is a weapon against those who lie, cheat, defraud, deceive, conspire, invade, prevaricate, propagandize.

[C]onservatism is Empirical (critical). SO it is natural for us to patiently let some idea fail, and then outlaw it via the common law once it’s become obvious. We can outlaw the abuse of free speech and return to the oath of truth telling. We can require the warranty of due diligence. We can punish offenders. This behavior is consistent with the preservation of sovereignty by preventing rule.
It is also consistent with our lack of a written philosophy other than the law, and truth. It is easy to write down trivial methods of producing social order. It is hard to write down indirect methods of social order. We evolved an indirect social order. So just as it was easiest to produce mathematics, harder to produce physics, and harder to produce social science (economics), it was harder to write down the western political model. Physical law, Natural Law, Common law, truth, testimony, jury, judge, property and sovereignty. This is extremely difficult for people to undrestand. Why? Becuase like truth, it is a critical system of operation: we know not what is right, we only discover what is wrong. This is the west. We invented science in all fields because we practiced it in heart, hearth, home, myth, legend, thang, and jury. -

Feeding a Movement
[W]hen feeding a movement you must always supply fresh content. This is one of the reasons one does not release the full strategy all at once in a big bang, but rolls it out a little at a time – always building momentum.
The opposition can raise a wall of gossip and shame around a fixed argument but if we stay ahead of the curve they cannot. This is one of the reasons I try to issue suggestive statements about a presumed direction while actually pursuing another. Feed a movement. Don’t lead it. An army marching in the same direction is predictable.
