Ukrainian military culture was destroyed to insulate the Oligarchs. 3 – Integration with Russia or the EU means ending Oligarchical Rule. The oligarchs will not let either happen. Attempts to convince them that they will be even wealthier under a better economy have failed – they saw what Putin did to their ‘peers’ in Russia. They know that will be their future. 4 – The oligarchs and the government (and other governments) all understand that trying to kill the oligarchs will lead to civil war for the simple reason that the oligarchs have the money ad organizations in place to fight the government and the people. 5 – There is only one way to save ukraine, and that is for the people to kill all members of all 40 oligarchical families very quickly. 6 – Only the Military and the Volunteers, with the help of NATO assets can achieve that end. THE ANSWER IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT, BUT THE OLIGARCHS. THE PEOPLE MUST KILL THEM ALL.
