    Iran represents an intermediate evolutionary compromise between European and South Asian neoteny levels — closer to the West in cognitive style but retaining Asiatic kin-cohesion.

    Pakistan represents a bridge population, carrying both steppe (higher neoteny) and AASI (lower neoteny) ancestry, expressed in its oscillation between tribal and institutional order.

    India represents the southern terminus of that gradient: lower mean neoteny, high intra-population variance, and hence a caste system that functionally segregated sub-populations by neotenic level and specialization.

    Thus, rather than one “Out-of-Iran” wave producing uniformity, what you have is:

    A continuous cline of neotenic evolution from the Iranian Plateau (high-moderate) through the Indus (moderate) to the Gangetic plains and southern peninsula (moderate-low), with corresponding gradients in IQ, impulsivity, and institutional capacity.

    (a) the way you make the equivalent of a nordic country requires a small ethnically and culturally homogenous polity surrounded by similar small ethnically and culturally homogenous polities, especially those bounded by seas instead of land, with a degree of high neotenic evolution, high average intelligence, high degree of institutional formation, and high degree of individual responsibility for both private and commons.

    And, in addition, how you get to norway is having oil fields and saving the proceeds from them before they run out.

    So you’d have be rather dim and ignorant to think that a continent wide population of diverse ethnicity and culture under diverse geographic and economic constraints, would act like a scandinavian country because under such conditinos your bias in favor of meritocracy is easy to satisfy, but your bias or need in favor of equality is simply funding people who want to effectively prey upon you.

In the case of germany the problem was their ancestral fragmentation (similar to the slavic problem remaining today – tho poland is trying to change that.) England had unified. Germany had not yet. This is another version of the difference between sea and land powers. So england didn’t need to solve the problem germans did. They had the opportunity (privilege) of unification and therefore could emphasize law instead of ‘religion or theo-philosophy’.
    So germans took the feminine bonding strategy, where anglos had already developed it systematically.

My opinion given that my company did the original tech sector research in the 00’s is that it will hit india the hardest, but india is most capable of absorbing it. Hard to see the same with Chinese, just the bar raised a lot. Japanese and south koreans are considered extended family. But they don’t have the population.

And if you look at australian aboriginal women thats an even more likely morphology. The bantu majority in africa is a more recent development. You don’t have to go back that far in history to see asiatic (left photo direction) or coastal dispersal morphology (right photo direction).
