If you make it about everything else, only your group, and members of desirable groups, will want to join. Think sh-t thru. Use incentives. Use incentives to achieve your ends. Simple is only good for advertising. Strategy is not advertising. It’s a goal. Everything else is a step toward a goal achieved by creating opportunities and seizing others opportunistically.

ETHNOCENTRISM IS THE OPTIMUM GROUP STRATEGY… Ethnocentrism is the optimum group evolutionary strategy however it is in competition with the need for scale, hence the continuous conflict and decline in the tribal middle east, while slow evolution in india, faster in china, and fastest in europe. Only one civilization failed.
