My current research suggests europeans morphologically signal greater neoteny than is ‘true’. We are in the middle between africans and east asians.

East asians (han, korean, japanese) have achieved large craniums through neoteny without accompanying large body size, producing some reproductive consequences that are increasingly obvious. What you want is a tall (big) gracile european with a large round head.
