It’s as rock solid as math (Seriously). We haven’t had a single hole found in years. Our primary problem over the past year or so is ‘simplification’ so that it’s teachable. We’re almost there.

Think of it as a programming language for law. You aren’t going to learn it by scanning a few sample images any more than you’ll learn law, economics, or calculus by a few images. Learning it’s about the equivalent of a STEM degree.

Well, I should clarify that if we institute P-Law then all lawyers would learn it, and all judges would be exposed to it, and the academy, industry, and the population would adapt to it over the course of a decade or so. And the polity overall would be smarter and more truthful.

Tempered: (a) economic logic is the equal of physics for all behavioral sciences. It is politically valuable and necessary for everyone. (b) common knowledge in the field of economics is that all value is from specialization, but no specialized knowledge is commutable.

The Academy, which evolved from the church, seized the opportunity to replace the church. A diploma (salvation by getting into the workplace) has more to do with an indulgence (salvation by getting into heaven). How about we demand warranty of competency from university degrees?

PUBLIC GOODS ARE ALWAYS AN EXTERNALITY PRODUCED BY ELIMINATING BADS
by Luke Weinhagen
“Education will provide salvation!”
Via Positiva: Investing in the “Public Good” will produce a good public.
Via Negativa: Investing in a good public will produce the “Public Good”.
The former attempts to compel order by pretending entropy does not exist. The latter supports the emergence of order by limiting entropy.
“Public Good” is only ever an effect. Well intentioned but misguided people see the effect of “Public Good” and conflate it as a cause.
