It’s restoring the monarchy as judge of last resort, which is, believe it or not, a necessary feature of the natural, common, concurrent law that the USA has codified as sovereignty of natural law (science) but was weakned without a monarchy, but parliament has taken instead, even if preserving the monarchy. The optimum government is spread across the constitutions of the uk, usa, and australia. So while england invented the modern rule of law state, we didn’t ‘science’ the reason for it’s importance until recently.

Aristotle writes that -“Aristocracy is rule by the best-qualified citizens, those with the highest virtue and wisdom, rule for the common good. Oligarchy is when men of property have the government in their hands… wherever men rule by reason of their wealth, whether they be few or many, that is an oligarchy, and where the poor rule, that is a democracy.”

So Natural Aristocracy consists in a legacy of demonstrated competency in service of the polity. For this reason ancients prefered men of breeding (wealth, eduction), courage (war, fitness), and character (virtuous contribution to the commons).
And natural aristocracy requires a market for ascent into politics (elected monarchy (one) or nobility (many)).

So the primary measure is moral: whether you rule in the common interests of the people across the classes or not. Or whether you rule for self interest at their expense. (This is the reason for aristotle’s ethics being taught in public schools in britain, because that is what it teaches., As do the germanic myths, legends, and fairy tales, and even Aesop’s fables.)

In practice Oligarchies form when the financial interests that are allowed to prey on the people are merged with the political interests that switch to serving their ‘bribers’ among the wealthy.

Russia is an explicity oligarchy run as an organized crime syndicate. China is a much larger one run as the same. Most of europe still retains some class distinctions where there are oligarchs but the democratic process works well enough to contain SOME of the malincentives. America is clearly a financial oligarchy buying its interests from the state at the expense of the people.

Note that we are (I am) fairly certain we (the institute) have solved this problem in the only way possible – and if no other interruptions in my health, we should get it to final draft this year.

What are the four great failures in legislation or finding of the court that have caused the most decline in education?
From the false premise of equality:
    1) forcible integration – destruction of high trust norms
    2) education – destruction of education, esp excellence.
    3) marriage, divorce, and family – destruction of the family.
    4) the failure to stop the marxist-to-woke religion because the supreme court erred in claiming a religion required a god despite the world evidence to the contrary.

The reason children have difficulty in the classroom today is that present methods of teaching focus on the teacher, instead of information organized into simulations and games, and places undue burden on attention, working memory, and memorization without any reason to do so other than stress. THey fail because the methods fail, because the methods are either archaic or pseudoscientific.
Group of Ed Masters candidates asked me to opinine on just the impact of court and legislation on the negative results of education despite the infinite money we throw at it.
    It wasn’t hard.
Multiple premises teachers operate under, plus the combination of teachers with political or social agendas on one side, parents who disagree with them on the other, the use of the law to negate parental preference, the use of the law as an excuse for mediocrity, and the resulting weakness of the teacher to provide guidance that is competitive rather than ‘non conflict generating’ is another reason for the decline.

  • You mean duplicating the actions of the founders in their common law suit agains

You mean duplicating the actions of the founders in their common law suit against the state for the redress of grievances by their Petition To The King? ;). The method that is expressly permitted in and justified under the common law and exemplified in the Declaration of Independence? ;). And that we recommend returning cultural independence to the states and restoring the federal government to its original role in defense, trade, and the resolution of differences, thereby allowing us to create of establish different cultures as we see fit, as was the tradition of the european people throughout our history?
Yes I would suggest our people understand the european group evolutionary strategy, its embodiment in the traditional then common then concurrent law, as discovered by the long history of the natural law research program, with the British invention of modernity and the modern state, and the codification of it all in Blackstone, and the american federalist papers, the declaration, the constitution, the bill of rights, and (less accurately to satisfy the communists in items ?24+) in the declaration of human rights?
Yes I would like our people to understand the concept of natural law (the science of cooperation) natural rights (the science of minimum necessary rights and obligations to bring about natural law), the meaning of text as a weight and measure at the time of recording, the transactional process of law that like monetary accounting forces full accounting and due process, the reason for the independence of the judiciary and the legislature, and the meaning of commonality in law, and concurrency in voting and legislation, all of which are specifically designed to prevent tyranny of authority and tyranny of majority, requiring concurrency of consent of the citizens for any and all legislation passed.
Now I’ll venture you don’t know this or why it’s so, and why you’re probably in no position to opine on our system of law and government, and because of it why our education is destroying the civilization from within just as the ‘intentional march thru the institutions of cultural production’ stated they would do, by taking advantage of the fact that educators are from the bottoms of their graduating classes, and largely women, and as such are vulnerable to suggestion and groupthink.
