AI FOR LAW: THE PROBLEM OF DUMBNESS IN LLMs
Present LLM’s are worse than terrible at ordinary language logic. Questionably tepid at even simple mathematical logic. Even though they can be acceptable at programmatic logic.

LLMs rely for their incompetence at (ignorance of) logic on the patterns embedded in ordinary language and programmatic language, using statistical derivations obtained by brute force consuming of online text – and appear to need to rely on third party APIs for mathematical logic.

Our work in the formal operational logic of decidability and in particular legal decidability, may require we compose our work and our work in the law in particular law in programmatic form, which by its structure contains the logic, *IF* the models cannot learn to develop the logic on their own.

Now, the grammar of our work is a bridge between formal written language and programmatic language, with the constraint from mathematical logic on equilibration (equals signs).

We assume we can produce enough of our text to train the models such that they depend less on models and more on summarization. But I feel this is optimistic given the very structure of the algorithms that produce LLM’s – which are, for all intents and purposes, content-summarizing search engines.

So until we see another level of emergence from LLMs, demonstrating the ability to perform logic, by converting ordinary and formal language into the equivalent of programmatic logic, then I assume we will have to both maintain our current use of operational vocabulary and grammar in formal language, and reduce such work to programmatic language. Even then it may require an external API, or an extraordinary amount of training to produce that logical capacity.

I haven’t spent enough time on Wolfram’s software to determine if we might produce it there. But I can see the potential of an LLM converting text to code, running the code and returning the result to itself for presentation to the user.

    Requirements for Political Office
    1. Natural Born, third generation (and I do like stating the # of grandparents). Residency in the state for no less than 12 years for state. Age 50 or older. (it’s service given back not career ambition) (Require full and natural integration)
    2. Christian Spectrum, or at least not from non-Christian denominations for those three generations. (Require compatibility with western ethics)
    3. No loyalties beyond the country other than to the ethics of the Christian spectrum. (End dual loyalty)
    4. Demonstrated competency in the bearing of responsibility in performance in real-world organization of people toward productive ends. (End Credentialism)
    The others are optional recommendations.
For example, the globalist vs civnat vs ethnonat requirement of ethnicity.

You are mistaken. There are no systems that abandon the monarchy as the ultimate veto that are better than those that do. And the sovereignty of th parliament over the constitution, or in the (omg) continental law, where the elites are sovereign, is a catastrope.
    The people aren’t terribly bright.
    Law of democratic contrivance prevails.
    Iron law of oligarchy prevails.
The renter problem of elected representatives prevails and as such monarchies are the only solution to all of the above, and the British agreement with the monarchy is the best there is: “above the law in the restoration of the law”. We are about to go through the post-war correction and the radical drop in standards of living that will result from the anglo-american construction of the rules based order, and see the re-emergence of either empires or powerful core states that might as well be, and with it the conflict of civilizations, and combined with population collapse we will rapidly discover the end of the luxury of 20th/21st century fantasy of endless growth, and the neo liberal order.
The optimum government for man was invented by the English and only the codification of the law improved by the Americans. For reasons I’ve written exhaustively elsewhere there is no superior system for man.

    (NLI Ruminations)
When we work from first principles, we discover that in the end result, it’s rather obvious that the Roman Republic wasn’t equaled until the american founding, but that founding was as dependent upon the English invention of the modern state and empiricism as was Rome upon the Greek invention of politics and reason. The fundamental problem of antiquity was communication, dependence on manual and animal labor, and overextension of their attempt to expand civil society, and the returns for them and others from doing so. An effort that began in self-defense, and ended in incapacity for self-defense.

–“Q: CURT: Historically, what were England’s biggest mistakes?”–

They only really made a few:

    1) Not preceding or imitating the Americans and creating a written constitution for constitutional monarchies.(What my work accomplishes)

    2) Not finding accommodation with the American colonists in paying for the french and indian wars – even though the primary problem was communication distance, and when the first cable was in 1858. So 1776 to 1858, is one lifetime. Within one lifetime, the British Empire would have been undefeatable, and colonial project of modernizing the world complete – the greatest achievement in human history.

    3) Trying too hard to maintain the balance of powers instead of (a) letting the Germans try to restore the HRE and defend against both France and Russia, and (b) constraining Russia from taking back Constantinople.

    4) Letting the Americans take over London’s banking centrality post war, and the primacy of the Pound. The British are better global stewards, because the moral position that emerged in the middle class and aristocracy over time is superior to the american moral framework.

    5) Like the Americans, not more aggressively exterminating the leftists on a scale of the Albagentsian crusade and the Spanish Inquisition. McCarthy, MacArthur and Patton were all correct.

In fact, what’s currently NATO would be far better off as the Anglosphere, or even better, the Germanosphere including the Scandinavians and the Germans, and creating allies from that position – given the hostility of France to the germans and anglos and the independence of any of the states of Europe.

The USA is wealthy because we have a better constitution, legal system, and culture of truth in the judiciary – and becaue the anglo and german immigrants who constituted the majority each had overlapping moral codes that created the most western of western cultures.
