    Imagine a bunch of middle class white guys talking trash over a campfire while drinking beer with frequent bits of serious conversation totally thrown off kilter by interjections of profanity, humor and sarcasm. These guys have made a movement out of creating the masculine experience. It’s the least pretentious discourse in the world. Even if intentionally offensive.

    Not my finest hour so to speak. I got a little too engaged and comfortable and forgot my audience. But we cover some good ground. I got most of my points across I think. And we had a little good head-butting over negativity.

    TRS has been very good for me. Love them. And I’m not terrified to go on the show any longer. lol

    I do not understand Stefan’s critics. He’s awesome at what he does and he gets better every year. He has found the perfect niche and he’s a fantastic educator and analyst. No, I don’t take his attempt at constructing philosophy very seriously, but you have to respect him for trying. Philosophizing is necessary, but contributing philosophical innovation is really freaking hard.

To return to that paternalism we call ‘aristocracy’ and to continue once again the domestication of man, animal, plant, and universe, to build and paradise, valhalla, eden of a universe uncaring of and inhospitable to man.

    As a member of the 1% (on and off at least), and due to my avocation, I have the incentives of elites. And I cannot dismiss myself from eli’s criticism. On the other hand, my family is quite old, and carries old traditions, and in those old traditions I understand the obligations of the nobility(elites).

    I understand them be cause we are dependent upon our commoners, as they are upon us. This is what makes the libertarians and jews weak: they have to appropriate some other group’s warriors for defense. But aristocracy may organize man into orders. And within those orders man may prosper. But without us to organize man, or without men to organize, we are both defenseless against competing men and a ruthless universe that could not care whether we succeed or fail.

    We can still demonstrate natural kin affinity but race stops being a political problem when the lower classes are not advocating for their elites to obtain privileges for them. Conversely, elites cannot use race to cause political division if underclasses do not exist.

    I get in trouble with the right because I’m not a racist. But I’m not. I’m definitely a classist. But aristocracy round the world gets along just fine. It’s our underclasses that cause all the issues.

    Now we encounter one problem that is fairly obvious upon reflection: that armies require the underclasses. And those without armies cannot hold territory. The only alternative has been the use of professional warriors who are themselves an expensive class.
