Oh stop. Don’t be silly. I’ve lived in UA with ukraiani people for a long time, and I’m only in the states because of other issues. I was there in Maydan. I worked with Praavy Sector and Azov and the third group I’ve forgotten.
The ukrainians are absolutely positively all-in on their own, ready to die to the last man (or woman) to keep russia out of their lands, and to maintain their freedom and independence. They don’t need ‘leading’ at all.
That this president got stuck with the job of leadership is merely an accident of history and timing. he’s doing a great job.
His job is largely to use his political position to get other.countries to supply weapons, resources, and intelligence for the military to fight the russians. And in that, the ukrainians have the right guy. He’s highly educated, he’s been an actor and comedia, and he has relatively broad support in the people (now)
Yes there were russians relocted to eastern ukraine during earlier decades who were not ukrainians – and who could have and should have moved back to Russia. We (meaning I was there) wanted to get rid of eastern urkaine. Its where gangsters and low-life came from. But not by warfare.
But UA can’t tolerate RU taking Crimea and cutting off UA’s agrarian economy from the sea. So, they will take back at least crimea, and the south that borders the sea. Russia has turned the eastern provinces into rubble. And UA would have to ‘cleanse’ them and rebuild them.

Not sure I’d make that argument.
I think (I am certain) that christianity sits on top of aristocratic civilization. And that we give christianity credit for what was in the west for 5000 years. Nearly everyone does that. And it’s simply evidently false given just the example you gave. And that’s before we take account for trying to export our culture or religions to others.
The religion does it’s lower-class part. But that’s all.
And the problem is human population demographics vary. So between demographics and lacking european foundations, if you add christianity you will certainly do better than any other religion or pseudoscience. BUt it isn’t enough to replicate western civ.

So I dealt with the civilization issue, then the class issue, then the IQ issue, then the race issue, then the religion issue, and at the end of that ‘unpleasant’ discovery process, I find out that the central problem of the age is just that half the population is plagued by ‘being female’ and having no control over their emotional responses and hypersensitivities – and while yes, there are ‘authors of bad ideas’ women are very vulnerable to, it doesn’t matter. Women are just destroying civilization every single day anyway.
I mean. I’ve thought of giving up now and then. But you know, does anyone else want the job of explaining that problem? You think the race, neoteny, aggression, and IQ thing is bad? Now we have to explain that women may be incapable of responsible thought word or deed in education, economy, or politice? OMG. Seriously?
My subconscious mind tells me that God set me on this mission back in my childhood. But, this is not something I wanna do. This isn’t exactly a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I mean, I’m good with blaming the subculture within that is at war with our people. But discovering that they really dont matter, it’s just the women that buy their nonsense, and the fact that women will do all this damage even without it? Can I have a different job from God please? Jews in ukraine are the most integrated example in europe. Partly because they were persecuted so severely that they just integrated. The separation isn’t as influential as it is in the west. More like catholics vs protestants.

New England is roughly the size of the island of Great Britain. The population about 14.85 million while the the UK was estimated to be 59.64 million. So the UK has about four times the population of New England.
The irish at 20%, are the dominant population, followed by italians at 13% french at 13%, Hispanic 12.6%, Asian 14%, Black at 6.5%, and the English founding stock (my and mine) only about 12% of the population (Most anglos moved on when land prices rose due to population density. The irish, italians, french and hispanic are cathoic. This should tell you a lot about new england’s voting patterns.
The entire region has about 1.3T in GDP. Boston has about 1/3 of the total population. Technology fled Boston in the 80s for the west coast and MA reformed a bit. That didn’t happen in CT, so every business than can leave CT has. Not just because of taxes and govt, but talented employees don’t want to live in CT.
NYC survives as the money printing afctoro of DC, more than anything else. CT’s Fairfield county (35% of CT GDP) is a bedroom community next to NYC (finance), and NYC and Boston(Biotech, Pharma) carry the economy of the entire region, and cover the (high) taxes because Framingham, Worchester, Springfield, hartford, new britain, meriden, north haven, new haven, milford(Yale), bridgeport, norwich and new london are rust belt immigrant sh–tholes full of minority poverty, crime, decay, and left wing governments.
Meanwhile rural new england lovely and so are the people -when you can find them. Maine is one of poorest states – down there with mississipi, and the north still speak french. Vermonters are mostly french and there are only 600K of them. New Hampsire is quite charming really, and some of us escape there. Especially for the Skiiing. 😉
Despite the condition of these States, for some reason new englanders have a snobbish moral self rightousness about them that is totally undeserved. It’s the most false firtue signaling area of the country. It’s a depressing overpriced lower working class semi-slum that everyone who can escape does.
In other words it’s just like the rest of the rust belt. 😉
