You mean, we don’t advocate for masturbation, daydreaming, escapism, fantasy, supernatural, drugs, because we advocate for mindfulness by training, socialization, fitness, and responsibility? That your family, your people, your world, and your universe are not enough inspiration?

You need inspiration because you have no material responsibilities or investments. If we make it possible for you to possess material responsibilities and investments you will stop seeking ideals and find satisfaction in reals.

What’s wrong with materialism is MERITOCRACY. Fictions, Supernaturalism, Sophism, Idealism, Pseudoscience and their conflations provide an alternative mental model in which one’s lower status and therefore mindfulness is not continuously challenged daily evidence in reality.
If you are not capable of Truth then you are not capable of SOVEREIGNTY AND RECIPROCITY and therefore ‘say’.Bryan Nova Brey“Continuously challenged daily evidence in reality”
This evolutionary pressure also shows up when speed limits are removed. Drivers and everyone who drives on or crosses a road is on extra high alert as mistakes made are likely fatal.
I’d like to see a lot of societal evolutionary pressures to increase mindful awareness.
Bringing back dueling would be another.
Guillotine for corrupt politicians a third.
Mindful awareness increases when reciprocity is strictly enforced.Feb 9, 2019, 6:29 PMWHAT’S WRONG WITH MATERIALISM? (MERIT IS TERRIFYING)

Solution will provide demarcation between dependent(by direct physical responsibility), specific (‘pre programmed’), and general(recruitable) neurons.
Vision is the hard problem. The rest I think I understand pretty clearly. I do not understand how we can be born to recognize, rather than imprint or simply find attraction (stimulation) in the most dense information (facial expressions). Encoding that in genes seems really really hard to me. And solving that problem is huge.

Yes, the reason I answer relationship questions is because (a) propertarianism is superpower when discussing psychology, and (b) the answer is always “tell the truth”. Most of the time either men or women know the truth but need confidence to say it.

I love talking to ukrainians. And I just noticed how I change my conversational method to ‘reasonableness’ from ‘judgement’ when talking to them. And I think that’s what I like so much about living there. The general approach to one another is ‘be reasonable’. Where as the general approach to one another is ‘be right, just, moral’ – judgemental.

The problem with judging people’s personality traits – including IQ – is enough sample data. If we could use IQ tests to hire with we’d eliminate all IQ debate because it would be so obvious that in income, most jobs are not IQ dependent other than to share cognitive relations with people you work with – and so IQ is a minimum, while the rest of our traits decidable.
When I was very young all of us on the management team were all required to learn personality profiling so that we could manage people better. We had to profile all the people in the company and compare them, just by talking to people. And the ceo would test us against his collection of ‘cards’ on people.
Best training I ever had in life.
IQ does the same. I can judge people … pretty closely after talking to them a while. But IQ is just another personality trait so it’s the package that matters in most things – except the very hard things.
