The problem is the court’s definition of irreciprocity favors personal choice and consequence rather than legal defense from baiting into hazard.

This divides the labor by design: Law, Govt, Court, Individual: law produces limits on govt, court, individual. Govt produces legislation (good and general), court produces rulings (bad, specific), the individual produces agreements (good). In UK Monarchy for when all fail.
