I can’t confirm these hypotheses because the past few years have cast doubt on the chinese data – largely because it comes almost entirely from certain urban areas. I also can’t confirm the distribution (though it seems logical). So I go with what I have to work with.

1) Technically it’s 140s to invent competitive science, tech, engineering etc, 130s to manage scale organizations or write meaningful books, 120s to design machines and machine parts. Everyone else is some degree of labor. With everyone below about 95 increasingly dead weight.
2) Average IQ in a population is so influential that it is the only measure necessary – everything else will reflect that IQ relative to other polities.

(a) US colleges are selecting against white males.
(b) US colleges are selecting in favor of foreigners b/c $.
(c) The IQ distribution in China means that with a much larger population they will produce as many +130 as the USA and Europe combined.
(d) The IQ distribution in India means that while they produce around the same total +130, they are more likely to pursue USA jobs given the asymmetry of rewards.
(e) Net is that we (the west) do not produce enough +130 to compete in science and tech without SUPPLEMENTING our +130 with theirs.
(f) Policy must be:
– i) to exhaust the US supply before including foreign students in colleges and universities,
– ii) and Visa must be limited to top talent,
– iii) and birthright citizenship and chain migration must be prohibited.As in all things demographics drive everything.
That’s my understanding of the data.
