Power – the capacity to alter the probability of outcomes – is and always will be, a resource produced by the laborers and given to their leaders to organize and apply it on their behalf. Only then can the leader apply that power to the capture of institutions with which to exercise that power.

The younger generation of conservative thinkers has adopted the left’s position that all that matters is power. So if you thought my Jones Generation ‘truth before face’ was challenging, the latter Millennials and early Gen Z are going to scare you.
My generation (Jones) recognized the hopelessness but sought to bring about change – and failed. The Gen X’ers kept a bit of hope alive. The millennials saw the end of hope. And the Gen Z have no hope at all.
