Stereotypes are the most accurate measure in social science. People act rationally toward blacks because of exposure to evidence. Period.

Sigh. I Do data. 50% of crime is committed by black people, and they’re 16% of the population. They’re more impulsive, more likely to use violence, and we arm officers (cheap) rather than use multiple men per car (expensive) so given black violence, officer numbers it means ouch.
