As you can see from the people asking for John, they don’t want convincing, they want to be told when to show up. If you need convincing you’re probably overconfident in your value and judgment. All you do is provide evidence to good people that you’re bad people and we aren’t.

Of course, but what are men to do when they have no leaders but try to lead themselves? People are rational. But they get ‘stuck’. We have to help them get ‘unstuck’ and get onto a plan that they need not that they want.
Everyone wants emotional hits but you have to earn them.
