You can’t educate anyone under 90IQ to do anything – even using machines. The military can’t even trust someone at 85 not to shoot the guy next to him. They can’t even do kitchen work. Look at the data. We can’t fix this problem. Faith is not a strategy, and hope is not a tactic.

We have known about the problem of police and education reform for at least thirty years. We can’t fix them because of the unions. Fixing the problem is MUCH MORE expensive: train in law, separate dispute calls from criminal calls, means more men, more de-escalation, less guns.
