And yes, I had a bodyguard in Ukraine (two actually). I eventually didn’t need one. When I first got there I didn’t understand how to ‘grey man’ into the culture (stop looking like a money tree). When I ‘got close’ to certain ‘people’ (oligarchs) and it leaked I got another one.
