If whites returned to practicing nepotism, and outlawed lying in the commons by involuntary warranty of due diligence, and elminated financialization – all of which are easy, the numbers would stabilize. My observation which I cannot find research to confirm or deny is that jews (“all jews are female”) have not only obtained female verbal ability, but the abilty of women to work on details for long periods of time.
