If one cannot distinguish between that which is faith and that which is truth, and that which is unto caesar and that which is unto god, then one must refrain from that which he cannot speak without breaking either caesar’s or gods laws. The spirit may choose to serve on god, many gods, or no gods. But one’s words and deeds exist in caesar’s world not your gods, another’s’, or any.

My intention is to make a clear set of demands (constitutional reformations) that are actually preferable to the majority, and then to make demand for them great enough, and the threat of revolution serious enough, that revolution is not necessary, and these are adopted. The problem is nothing I propose is all that complicated and most of it is known, but it will deprive media, academy, state, and financial sector rent seekers of their status and wealth, and so it is not possible to enact these rules by any other means than revolt. The anglo model succeeds because it requires only modification of the law, not the people – that is the virtue of rule of law. So we have had many ‘revolutions’ in the anglo world but none like the french. However, if we need a french revolution here – we will have it. And yes I will revel in it.

    (FB 1553102945 Timestamp) ANOTHER EXPERIENCE WITH LIFE AFTER PROPERTARIANISM. by Benjamin Wood I’ve experienced greater awareness of people negotiating in bad faith, consciously or otherwise. One that immediately comes to mind is a person in my family who tends to frame their preferences in terms of universals: “Women don’t like it when you do X.” Or, “If you want people to put up with you, you can’t do Y.” I don’t think it’s deliberate so much as a subconscious rhetorical attempt to add more weight to their preferences or put a buffer between them and potential rejection…if I shut them down, it’s not me shutting them down, it’s me shutting everyone down. I actually think it flows from insecurity / lack of agency. I asked them to stop doing this and to put their preferences into more honest, testimonial language so that we could build a genuine relationship. Not only did they grasp the request, they appear to feel more confident as they take ownership of their desires in dialogue.
