I have a background in economics and mathematics but it’s been a few years since I’ve utilized things like Calculus regularly. Will there be a quantitative aspect to the program or will it be primarily philosophical / literature based?”— A friend via twitter The pre-requisite for Economics is just the application and intro to propertarianism. We are not trying to teach statistical analysis (correlation) only operationalism (causation) – not prediction but explanation. So math will be very limited and mostly what we will do is focus on the economics of human behavior. If you have read becker et al, and have read my posts on operationalism/mises, and the different economic schools it should be easy.

If a contract stipulates that the individual must insure something the contract is stipulating that the individual must purchase insurance to safeguard that asset. ENSURE (“personal, warranty of due diligence, positive”) Ensure is very similar in that it means to make sure or guarantee something, though the specific emphasis on doing so via insurance is not there. If a contract stipulates that an individual must ensure something is taken care of there is no requirement to purchase insurance, rather the individual is to “do their best” to make sure something is taken care of.
