  • Libertarians were not trying to do good.

  • Combining IQ and Personality

    1. Correct but the opposite, via-negativa: The neuroscience is trivial. The causes of defect in intelligence are almost limitless. It’s not so much that we need to understand intelligence (g), it’s that we need to understand why defects in intelligence are so common.

    2. AFAIK, (g) is the most accurate measure in psychology, and stereotypes are the most accurate measure in social sciences. The problem with testing is casting (g) separately from personality traits (which it is), and therefore not ALSO testing for trait-conscientiousness.

    3. If we test intelligence, and the Big5 traits together we see that success (wealth) is determined MORE by trait conscientiousness than by intelligence, and that intelligence increases income only because it grants access to problems of greater complexity. Intelligence REDUCES ERROR in complexity.

    4. As such ADAPTABILITY (success) consists of applying trait conscientiousness and trait intelligence to exploit opportunities at one’s optimum of complexity. This means ‘the bell curve’ of overlapping bell curves from low IQ/conscientiousness to high IQ/conscientiousness.

    5. There are plenty of people who are high in both intelligence,high in conscientiousness, and high in agreeableness and therefore low in competitiveness. So once we stack the priority of these traits in the context of a given economy and rule of law, sortition is obvious.

    6. Furthermore, once we combine all 5/6 traits we see that personalities cluster around three archetypes: female mother(teach),ascendant male(experiment), and established or dominant male(defend).

    7. We combine IQ with Big5 we find that the only problem is isolating IQ from the other personality traits. If combined, we find that Conscientiousness almost exclusively determines success, and IQ determines complexity of occupation and degree of error detection.

    8. There are 80+ factors but they scale together, with the most dominant being sexual differences in brain organization (F:lateral-general vs M:longitudinal-special), and acquired skills(gc) vs pure ability(gf) – (g) measures how they scale together.

    9. We’ve tried every variation with extraordinary experimentation and continuous rotation and adaption to change in vocabulary and knowledge (psychometricians). The result is always the same: everything scales together with (gf) declining with age, and (gc) not (or compensating).

    10. The test(s) yield(s) an almost infinite set of numbers. But aside from verbal and spatial-temporal, and the obvious gender bias in that dimension – they all scale together. Thats why they report on the one number (g) and it’s distribution (verbal-spatial).

    [W]e can save democracy in some form if we modify the franchise and create houses for the classes again, and give women a separate house. But (as Samuel Huntington warned) democracy cannot survive Islam. Between (1) granting women the franchise, (2) postwar Jewish marxism-socialism-postmodernism-feminism-denialism and (3) Islamic religion-of-continuous-war-and-conquest by continuous undermining, without Monarchy as a judge of last resort and without our traditional law of sovereignty in ‘Inviolable Book’ form, and without a Civilization’s State religion we are not able to resist (defeat) the ease at which women’s intuition for undermining, the Jewish and Muslim strategy of undermining can be combined to destroy the only civilization to drag mankind out of the perpetual dark age of Abrahamic Ignorance and Deceit.     What Is P-Law?

    1. Given Self-Determination by Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Adversarialism, that maximizes the rate of adaptability with maximum prosperity.
    2. A Universally Commensurable, Value-Neutral, Formal Logic (Science) of Natural Law (language, psychology, sociology, law, politics, group strategy, aesthetics)
    3. A Universal, Constitutional Framework, for Optimum Government, and a body of law within it, providing the completion of the European, Aristotelian, Constitutional Project
    4. The formal codification of the Group Evolutionary Strategy of the European People, and an explanation for their disproportionate success.

    Defining The Propertarian Methodology

    (or Legal Sovereigntarianism, or the Logic of Self-Determination)

    “The  Strictly Constructed, Formal Operational Logic, of
    The Natural Law of The European Peoples”

    [O]r, because, as we demonstrated here, because science, like empiricism, greek logic, and reason, are extensions of european natural law, then the natural law consists of the completion of ‘science’ by unifying the formal sciences of the logics, the physical sciences, and the linguistic, psychological, and social sciences.  The term ‘Propertarianism’ is outdated but it refers to the use of demonstrated interests (bearing costs) as a system of measurement for the resolution of disputes between individuals and groups.

    “The Natural Law of European Peoples, ‘Propertarianism’, ‘Propertarian Natural Law’ or ‘P-Law’ as we abbreviate it” Constitutes a fully commensurable system of measurement across all disciplines that tests for reciprocity in display, word (truth) and deed (action); the extension of the logic of the physical sciences (realism, naturalism, equilibration) to the psychological(individual) and social(group) sciences using economic terms (acquisition, cooperation, reciprocity); thereby completing the scientific method (falsification of all dimensions possible human cognition); and thereby completing the Aristotelian program; and thereby providing the explanation for the success of western civilization under that program: sovereignty, reciprocity, and truth – and the markets that result from their universal enforcement, and the evolutionary velocity (adaptation, innovation) that results from those markets.

    Propertarianism consists of:

    1 – The completion of the scientific method and all that it entails – which is a lot – and that’s why P is such a big program: it touches every discipline, and it converts almost all psychological, social, and political speech to economic expressions – which is counter-intuitive because it’s scientific where our current psychological social, moral, and political speech is only normative or in the case of psychology sociology and politics, both pseudoscientific and sophomoric.
    We call this Testimonialism (Metaphysics, Epistemology, Psychology, Ethics, Sociology, Politics)

    2 – The explanation for western success in ancient and modern worlds (adaptive velocity because of our individual sovereignty and resulting traditional law of property/tort.)  And the explanation for the dark ages as well as the current attempt to repeat them that we see as undermining western civilization.
    We call this Western Group Evolutionary Strategy.

    3 – The explanation of the different systems of argument used in the different civilizations, and in particular the Abrahamic means of deceit used in the ancient world (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) and in the modern world (marxism, feminism, postmodernism, denialism/political correctness).
    We call this The Grammars (deflationary, testimonial, ordinary, fictional, and the fictionalisms)

    4 – A constitution, body of law, and attendant policies that restore the American, English, Anglo Saxon, Germanic, Western Indo-European (Aryan), constitution (contract among sovereigns) and hardens it from future undermining, by creating a legal means for the prosecution of crimes of undermining, including religious (Jewish Islamic), pseudoscientific, and sophomoric (Marx, Freud, boas, Adorno, Derrida, Friedan, and marxism, postmodernism, feminism, and denialism/political correctness), as well as the financing of undermining by prohibiting rent-seeking, privatization of commons, and socialization of losses).

    5 – A set of policies (Acts) under that constitution that form the most substantial political, social, economic, and financial reform since the roman era – restoring the civil society.

    6 – A set of Restitutions and Punishments that serve to return wealth to the American people, punish those who have engaged in undermining our people, and prevent repeats of undermining our people – or other peoples – in the future.
    We call these the Restitutions

    7 – A program of revolution and restitution of the constitution of natural law and our european strategy that we have used to drag ourselves and mankind out of ignorance, superstition, oppression, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, and the chaos of a nature all but hostile to our existence. And an explanation why the world is our debtor and hates us for it.

    We create both the Positive Market for goods, services, and information in competition with the Negative Market for Suppression, restitution, punishment, and prevention, of falsehood and ir-reciprocity by the Natural Common Law of Tort that evolves scientifically through demonstrated resolution of disputes in real-world conflicts. So we create a market where people have the ultimate sovereignty (monopoly of control), liberty (choose your own destiny), and freedom (free of coercion) in a competition between market cooperation (the markets) and markets for conflict resolution (courts), as long as you do so by truthful and reciprocal means.

    We had these rights under our common traditional law through most of our history but they have been stolen from us over the past century – on purpose, to destroy our civilization.

    But how can we (restore) our use of the law for the purpose of suppressing crimes against our people?

    Defining The Propertarian Methodology

    (or Legal Sovereigntarianism, or the Logic of Self-Determination)

    “The  Strictly Constructed, Formal Operational Logic, of
    The Natural Law of The European Peoples”

    [O]r, because, as we demonstrated here, because science, like empiricism, greek logic, and reason, are extensions of european natural law, then the natural law consists of the completion of ‘science’ by unifying the formal sciences of the logics, the physical sciences, and the linguistic, psychological, and social sciences.  The term ‘Propertarianism’ is outdated but it refers to the use of demonstrated interests (bearing costs) as a system of measurement for the resolution of disputes between individuals and groups.

    “The Natural Law of European Peoples, ‘Propertarianism’, ‘Propertarian Natural Law’ or ‘P-Law’ as we abbreviate it” Constitutes a fully commensurable system of measurement across all disciplines that tests for reciprocity in display, word (truth) and deed (action); the extension of the logic of the physical sciences (realism, naturalism, equilibration) to the psychological(individual) and social(group) sciences using economic terms (acquisition, cooperation, reciprocity); thereby completing the scientific method (falsification of all dimensions possible human cognition); and thereby completing the Aristotelian program; and thereby providing the explanation for the success of western civilization under that program: sovereignty, reciprocity, and truth – and the markets that result from their universal enforcement, and the evolutionary velocity (adaptation, innovation) that results from those markets.

    Propertarianism consists of:

    1 – The completion of the scientific method and all that it entails – which is a lot – and that’s why P is such a big program: it touches every discipline, and it converts almost all psychological, social, and political speech to economic expressions – which is counter-intuitive because it’s scientific where our current psychological social, moral, and political speech is only normative or in the case of psychology sociology and politics, both pseudoscientific and sophomoric.
    We call this Testimonialism (Metaphysics, Epistemology, Psychology, Ethics, Sociology, Politics)

    2 – The explanation for western success in ancient and modern worlds (adaptive velocity because of our individual sovereignty and resulting traditional law of property/tort.)  And the explanation for the dark ages as well as the current attempt to repeat them that we see as undermining western civilization.
    We call this Western Group Evolutionary Strategy.

    3 – The explanation of the different systems of argument used in the different civilizations, and in particular the Abrahamic means of deceit used in the ancient world (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) and in the modern world (marxism, feminism, postmodernism, denialism/political correctness).
    We call this The Grammars (deflationary, testimonial, ordinary, fictional, and the fictionalisms)

    4 – A constitution, body of law, and attendant policies that restore the American, English, Anglo Saxon, Germanic, Western Indo-European (Aryan), constitution (contract among sovereigns) and hardens it from future undermining, by creating a legal means for the prosecution of crimes of undermining, including religious (Jewish Islamic), pseudoscientific, and sophomoric (Marx, Freud, boas, Adorno, Derrida, Friedan, and marxism, postmodernism, feminism, and denialism/political correctness), as well as the financing of undermining by prohibiting rent-seeking, privatization of commons, and socialization of losses).
    We call this a new or updated constitution.

    5 – A set of policies (Acts) under that constitution that form the most substantial political, social, economic, and financial reform since the roman era – restoring the civil society.

    6 – A set of Restitutions and Punishments that serve to return wealth to the American people, punish those who have engaged in undermining our people, and prevent repeats of undermining our people – or other peoples – in the future.

    7 – A program of revolution and restitution of the constitution of natural law and our european strategy that we have used to drag ourselves and mankind out of ignorance, superstition, oppression, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, and the chaos of a nature all but hostile to our existence. And an explanation why the world is our debtor and hates us for it.

  • “What’s a Grammar in Propertarianism?”

    “CURT, WHAT’S A GRAMMAR IN PROPERTARIANISM?” (important)(core) [A] grammar has traditionally referred to a book containing the rules of a language. But I had to put quite a bit of work into ‘disambiguating’ the terms we use in language. The human cognitive facility consists of identification of constant relations between stimuli in time resulting in categorization (identity). The human auto association facility consists of discovering relations between categories (identities). The human memory facility consists of repetition of stimuli or rehearsal from short term memory, to create, reinforce, change, and eliminate constant relation within and between categories (locations, places, barriers, models, identities) The human logical facility consist of tests of constant, inconstant, and unrecognized relations between states (categories, identities). The human grammar facility refers to our physical ability to perform continuous recursive disambiguation using a stream of signals, most commonly in the form of sounds. The human language facility refers to the use of patterns of symbols or sounds in sequence of continuously recursive attempts at disambiguation. A language consists of Phonemes (sounds), Morphemes(meaningful combination of sounds – roots), Vocabulary (words), Phrases (state), Sentences (changes in state – transactions), Stories (collections of transactions), Grammar (rules of organization making possible disambiguation by inference), and Syntax (further disambiguation – specifically when writing). A vocabulary consists of Names (Nouns, references to referents), Name Substitutes (pronouns), Properties (Adjective, state), Operations (verbs, actions, state of acting), Properties of Operations (Adverb). and Approval or Rejection (yes no true false agree disagree etc). Note that I’ve clarified some terms here a little differently than we traditionally do. However (this is the issue) the collections of permissible dimensions (paradigms) limit the rules of continuous recursive disambiguation: The logic of the paradigm. This is why…. Let’s use math because it’s the most simple language we have that all of us share. Mathematics consists of names of positions (numbers), variables (pronouns), names of operations ( mathematical operations, verbs), phrases (expressions), statements (functions), sentences (transactions), proofs (stories), and Approval or Rejection (true false). There are no adverbs or adjectives. What differs between ordinary language and mathematical language is that mathematics (the language of positional names) and ordinary language (the language of human experience) differ in ‘dimensions of permissible references’ to both Names (nouns) and Operations (verbs). And we can do the same analysis for every Grammar (system of rules) in the spectrum of: math, accounting, logics, programming, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, recipes, protocols, laws, testimony, descriptions, ordinary language, narration, storytelling, fictions, fictionalisms, and deceits – and everything in between. And we use the term “Deflationary grammar” for the narrowest grammars (math, logics), “ordinary grammar” for ordinary language, and “Inflationary grammar” for the widest grammars (story, fiction, fictionalism, deceits).
