James is one of those guys you get into a negotiation with, and you just stop and say ‘damn you are good’. And you appreciate your opponent’s use of the art form. This is not uncommon between competitors. It actually makes the competition enjoyable – unless you’re the victim of that competitor because you can’t play the game at that level.

Um. It’s far more than that. It’s the completion of the scientific method and its application to social science.
However we focus more on Economics, Ethics, Law Politics, and Group Evolutionary Strategy, and we use demonstrated property in its totality as a unit of measure – in not only economic, but ethical, moral, legal, and political commensurability.
So, the correct name for the work would be Natural Law.
We just can’t use it because the term has been so loaded throughout history, on the one hand, and because it’s not an identifiable ‘brand’ on the other.
Laws of Nature = The Physical Sciences.
Natural Law = The Social Sciences.
Sorry but it’s a paradigm shift that we just have to pay the cost of learning.

People like woo. Woo provides the mind lacking in resources the promise of an undiscovered valley (new hunting ground). Minds need to be busy. they will find something to be busy with. And unfortunately, what they are capable of being busy with varies a great deal from the bottom to the top of the spectrum – and there is significant room for bad choices everywhere along that spectrum.
