Lets go back to a Simpleton-Libertarian Jan Lester. It’s not causal. It’s just what we can get away with saying. He’s just using Pilpul to justify his priors. The fact that he justifies a correct observation; that all costs are subjective, and that man both responds negatively to the imposition of costs, and retaliates against the imposition of costs is secondary. The same for Hoppe’s use of argumentation. This is just Pilpul in action. Where do you think the Germans got it from? The bible. The old adage that you can find an excuse for anything in the bible isn’t unique to the bible. It’s in numerology, astrology, and the introspective debate of moral propositions, and in the analysis of literature, and in the interpretation of bad art, or in decision using legislative rather than discovered law.
You see the reason the roman’s dismissed greek law was because the greeks acted then as the jews act today. The purpose of their use of law is to confuse – to render undecidable.
What if lawyers were punished for arguing immorally? This is one of the reasons the british system is better. We separate the advocacy from the argument. This way the lawyer can pacify his clients emotions while in court the law is argued more truthfully than in our american world. The burden on american judges is much higher. And american law adapts faster and better than british law. But the flaws in our system are as equally visible when the use of the narrative to construct lies is successful.
If our citizens were taught the trivium in childhood it would be very hard to construct juries that were fooled, or market falsehoods to them. if our young adults were taught propertarianism and testimonialism then our judges and lawyers would be very difficult to overwhelm.
The world is not complicated. It is our lies that make it so.

End them. End them and their failed philosophy and their failed generation. End the compromise they tried to sell us. End their submissive restatement of christianity that weakens our aristocracy. And the american lies of postmodernism, feminism, political correctness.

The British invented science to counter Byzantine christian mysticism and to try to set us free of it. The Romans invented roman law to counter greek equivocation and immorality and to try to set themselves free of it.. The greeks invented reason to counter Jewish, Babylonian and Egyptian use of mysticism as a means of authoritarian government and to preserve their freedom from it.
Our generation’s purpose – our survival. Our prevention of another dark age – depends upon our countering the great lies of the 19th and 20th centuries. We can restore truth to the west.
Our ancestors feared the church so they couched ‘truth’ in the discipline of ‘science’. Their reaction to science was to invent pseudoscientific alternatives to truth and to sell them using the printing press, the radio, the television.
In our generation we will complete the failure of the enlightenment and restore our civilization to truth telling: to grammar, logic, rhetoric, testimony, and the common discovered law and natural law necessary for cooperation.
NO MORE LIES. NO COMPROMISE. ONLY DEFEAT. NO RECONCILIATION ONLY CONQUEST. NO CONVERSION ONLY EXIT.
THE TRUTH WILL FREE US OF THEIR LIES.

Women are slutty because it’s empirically easier to decide who you will not tire of by trial and error than reason and evidence. They are no longer mating for economic viability but personal satisfaction and in this way sexual compatibility is the deciding factor.
If a woman is slutty so that she can capture better genes than she can obtain in marriage, then I cannot criticize this either.
I don’t see why this matters. What I see that matters is that they are bearing children at will while extracting rents from men without sex, affection and care in return. If we deprive them of this aiblity then that will solve the problem for those it needs a solution. End child support. End spousal support. End common property. Return to articulated marriage contracts with separate provisions on children, assets, and power of attorney. And prohibit credit companies from mutual association of negative credit information. In fact, punish the hell out of credit companies for any inaccuracy and charge them by the minute for it, at compounding rates.
