UNIVERSAL MAJORITARIAN DEMOCRACY: A MERITOCRACY OF LIES.

Government consisting of the majority right to create legislation under which all must conform, creates the incentive to seek agreement by the use of empathetic appeals constructed through framing, loading, and pseudoscience: because political power is contingent on rallying (seeking agreement of) the greatest number of people across different classes, ethnic groups, and sexes – rather rather than the use of government as the enforcer of contracts of exchanges between between classes, ethnic groups, sexes.

That is, power creates demand for misinformation under majoritarian democracy, which creates supply by those seeking political power who must seek agreement from a false frame-of-reference (cooperation as default instead of a choice between cooperation, defection, parasitism, and predation), propagandize & offer indulgences.

Where there is supply and demand there will be a market, and markets will-ceteris paribus- select for a meritocratic elite. So given the incentives, political power will be captured, consolidated, and protected by those who best supply and employ framing, loading, overloading, misinformation, & discounts on status (indulgences).

What we observe today is the Organized Production of Lies some refer to by analogy as The Cathedral (i.e the state, academy, the media, & NGOs).

Where we failed was to extend the rule of law to the industrial production of information.
