Liquidity of stored time reduces the opportunity and transaction costs. Labor has almost no value. It is rapidly approaching zero. The problem is even worse.

I think the truth is less pleasant. We are speciating by our ability to us technology, just as we have speciated by our ability to make tools, use speech, and develop complex divisions of labor. The only solution is separation and restoration of speciation, by choice or by war.

I understand that the marginal productivity of human effort will continue to decline. Socialism isn’t the answer however, and I’ve written extensively about how to solve this problem. That said we cannot keep importing underclasses, and keep lowering average intelligence.
