What separates classical liberalism (anglo libertarianism), from the P-Constitut
What separates classical liberalism (anglo libertarianism), from the P-Constitution’s reformation: 1) a greater emphasis on the law limiting behavior; 2) less on the government as legislator; 3) more on the treasury as a sovereign investor,4) ending the false promise of equality.
