Life with myself: reading paper, put laptop on the counter, fill the coffee pods, make coffee, put bagel in the toaster, get out the butter, a butter knife, a plate, and promptely leave the coffee on the counter,the bagel in the toaster and wonder 40 minutes later where they are.

A houses is a box. It’s the details (decoration) that differentiates them. The old and inexpensive method of decoration was Lintels, Shutters, Glass, and most of all, at least in europe, carved wood. (IMO victiorian houses were the height of wood architecture.)

If you study Gary North, his comparison institutions using Middle Eastern norms and European norms does a wonderful job of explaining “the enemy’s intuitions”. The question is whether institutions adapt to genes, or genes to intuitions – because the behavior persists in genes.
