Assuming I start by observing two of something identical, and I add two more of that same thing to my observation, I will observe a total of four of the same thing; where the names 2(two) and 4(four) refer to positional names of quantities specified by the system of positional naming.
Numbers consist of operationally constructed positional names, corresponding to some quantity of some consistent category.

Morality is best. Intelligence I always like. Intelligent and crazy doesn’t bother me – crazier people take bigger intellectual risks. But I don’t like anger, and I hate immorality.
Stop thinking about normal and worry instead about moral.
If you do then we are all instruments of perception and calculation in an enormous collectively intelligent organism. Neurons in the body human.
If instead you seek normalcy and equality then we are nearly all incompetent, immoral and undesirable.
Think about that for a minute.
Like any system, the organising structure at small scale, large scale, and very large scale is very different.

Legal dispute.
In America, lying if any kind is a serious thing and reason for the judge to decide against you. In Ukraine lying is a reasonable response to uncertainty and distrust.
Ukrainian police are much more akin to American sheriffs. They talk to you. They are reasonable. The try to understand they don’t try to find an opportunity to trip you up or prosecute you and make inquiry someone else’s problem.
I also prefer to pay a twenty dollar bribe that improves his income rather than a 200 dollar fine that enriches the bureaucracy.

There are three ways to coerce people: force(law/military), payment(trade), and shaming(gossip/morals) These correspond to conservative(saving), libertarian(trade), and progressive(shaming). And these correspond to the reproductive roles of father(conservative), the brother(libertarian), and the mother and sister(progressive) And that’s because it’s the reproductive strategy of the males, the young, and the females. It’s very simple. We all just negotiate on behalf of our reproductive strategies. It’s that simple. All our talk is nonsense.

With the Civil War, the Constitution was destroyed and Reconstruction issued in the 3rd iteration of American government: 1) Articles of Confederation, 2) Constitution, 3) Pseudo-Constitutional. I mark the Civil Rights era as the Second Reconstruction and the beginning of the 4th iteration: Post-Constitutional, with the ‘Pseudo’ pretense all but dropped. I see the 5th Iteration of American government fast approaching, and I fervently hope to see a Post-American, Post-Democratic, secessionist movement of truly federated independent American Nation-States emerge, with at least a few explicitly White Ethno-States states among them. I wish you all well in the fight to reclaim European Sovereignty on the North American continent.
